Jimmy and Taso were great hosts and their place was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location, central with everything within walking distance but not on a main street or around loud bars or restaurants. Check-in was easy, the place was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Many thanks to Nicolás and his dad who treated us very well, they are very friendly. The environment is safe and there is room for parking. About 200 meters away there is a very nice beach. The place is simple but it's fine. Enjoy your stay.

Lovely place walking distance from everything you want to see

Vasiliki is a great host, and the apartment is very cozy and "cute." It is centrally located, literally walking distance to the city center and the beach. It was spotless, extremely clean, and matched the description. The balcony is spacious also. Trust me, I've stayed in lots of airbnbs around the world. This one was one of the most worthy places to stay, given its price. Highly recommended. We will come back soon (hopefully!). Thank you, Vasiliki! :)

I have stayed only one night but I had a pleasant time. Very clean and fully equipped apartment. Large balcony. Private parking place. Good internet connection (50dl / 50up). I would go back and stay longer.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect distance from Kalamata. Loved the nightly poolside sunsets, and appreciated the amazing hospitality from the host! Can’t wait to stay again!

John and his family were great hosts. The apartment was very clean and true to the listing. The old town is a 30 minute walk from the house. There is an amazing restaurant right across the street! We didn’t go to the beach near the house, but when driving out of town I could see it was very close and fancy, with lots of cafes and umbrellas there. Thank you for a nice stay :)

Stavros's apt is overseeing the Kalamata bay on the hills just 10mn away from Kalamata seaside. Perfect for a peaceful stay. Stavros is nice and helpful. we definetely recommend him!

Beautiful apartment and excellent hosts! Super helpful and responsive. The location is excellent with a great view from the spacious balcony. Easy parking, quiet, and close to everything you need. We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful property with an amazing view from the terrace. Very clean and comfortable. And a very short drive to the superb restaurant Skandia, to the lovely beach of Paleopoli, and to the delightful village of Avelonomas. Andreas gave very helpful recommendations on things to see and do and where to eat. All in all terrific!

A wonderful location with a spectacular view. Restaurants and a mini mart a few minutes walk away. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and clean. Andreas was a responsive and helpful host. We would happily stay here again.

The accomodation was fantastic. Beautiful surroundings with an amazing view in a convenient part of the island. Andreas spent time in suggesting places to visit and even offered to do our laundry. While the property is shared with other guests, we hardly heard or saw others, so it was quite private. Would definitely stay there again.

Panagiotis' house is very beautiful , elegantly decorated, comfortable. It's a very nice and pleasant place to stay. We went for Christmas and it had radiators on and hot water all the time and it was spotlessly clean. It's more beautiful than in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet, it is very close to everything you need: supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, also close to the center and parking is very easy. Panayiotis is very guiding and cares about his guests being comfortable and having a good time in his space. I highly recommend him.
