We welcome you to a completely renovated house with garden. Cozy and pleasant, it is located at the foot of hikes with superb views of the Sancy, the Chaine des Puys (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Examples of sports and visits: Less than 15 minutes: equestrian center, canoeing, via ferrata, via Allier, swimming pool... Less than 1 hour away: Skiing and giant zip line in Super Besse, castle tours (Murol, Busseol, Ravel...), lakes (some with supervised beaches), museums...

Kassydy House

Come and relax at the Kassydy gîte, a warm detached house with terrace, jacuzzi and an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. Quiet, not overlooked and equipped with 7 beds. It is ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. About 15 km from the highway exits of Lezoux (63) and Thiers Ouest (63), the gîte is located in the village of Sermentizon in the Livradois Forez Nature Park and about 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Clermont-Ferrand.

Le bois est omniprésent avec une décoration chaleureuse et des créations uniques en chêne massif. 2 chambres : une au rez-de-chaussée et une en mezzanine (non adaptée aux jeunes enfants).

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.

La cabane

You will appreciate the cabin for its location: the breathtaking view of "Little Auvergne Tuscany" and the Chaîne des Puys on the horizon (it dominates), the forest atmosphere, access to the paths, the feeling of being in a nest. The cabin is perfect for couples, but also suitable for families (with kids) and four-legged friends are accepted (but beware, the land is not enclosed). Ideal for mountain bikers, trailers...
