I've had an excellent experience in this house! The property is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well maintained, comfortable and very well located. The rooms are airy, tastefully decorated and extremely functional. The kitchen was complete and equipped, the rooms with clean and comfortable bedding, and all the spaces conveyed a welcoming feeling of home.

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular!!!! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

The house is great, super cozy and has everything you need (pots, cutlery, towels, ironing board, coffee strainer, sandwich maker, etc.). Bernardo is great, very nice, responds quickly, attentive and made great recommendations! My family and I love it and look forward to returning.

Dona Liana's space is in the middle of nature on the Costa Verde, next to a stream that, with its pleasant sound, makes the stay very pleasant. Nearby is the beach with its extensive stretch of sand and many trees. The space is well maintained and offers us the basics for preparing simple meals, which I did during my stay, and I brought a lot of food from home, in Praia Grande we supplemented because the shops are small. For those who do not want to make meals, there is a place to order delivery, there is also a place to eat in Sahy Village, which is very close by car. For those who want to go on other adventures and tours, Dona Liana provides a folder with the region's options.

Wonderful resort, plenty to do with the family. Flawless apt, it looked like it was in a hotel, clean, bedding, towels sniffing cleaning! New furniture and utensils, cozy beds, all wonderful! I'll definitely come back more often! Mr. Jorge responded very quickly and did not help us with everything that was needed! I loved the apartment and the resort ♥️

We went on holiday, 8 adults and 4 children and the apartment met our expectations. The room is very wide and with the beautiful peculiar view of King's Landing. The kitchen offers a lot of utensils and a good look out for a private barbecue. There are insects on the spot, but nothing atypical for the place. Hosts offer bed and bath linens, which makes travel easier. The condominium is great with beach and club option. The possibility of flexibility at check-in and checkout made a difference.

I was very welcome! The place is amazing! I loved it all! It makes you want not to go home! A paradise! And the best I felt safe, the condominium's environment is very familiar. In short, it was the best tour I've ever taken! A lot of nature around, there's no disliking! A lot of gratitude!

We had an excellent experience in Mr. Jayme in Itacuruçá. From the beginning, he was extremely attentive, quickly answering our doubts and giving great tips about the region. The apartment is complete, cozy, pristine clean and very organized, making our stay comfortable. Oveillon was MARAVILHOSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, had fireworks, show on the beach etc..... thanks to Caio, of course!!!!!!!!!!!! My family loved the penthouse at the Porto Real resort, it was a week of happiness, jokes, walks , tanning, etc...... I recommend to anyone who wants to rest and have fun at the same time, everything was wonderful, from the arrival to our departure. Caio, thank you so much for everything and we will definitely return in a brief opportunity. Great 2025 with lots of health, achievements etc.....

Super cozy apartment, exactly as advertised; Easy access , we went in 07 people and all were well accommodated. Green sea view and blue sky. We will be back soon. :)

The apartment is large and cozy held very well all my family members, the kitchen utensils were very useful, very good bathrooms and rooms as well. The balcony is great and the view of the sea is not even spoken, a painting! I recommend with my eyes closed, we live wonderful and very blessed days there!

I loved the place, I spent 4 nights and it was very good, the house is in front of the sea, everything is very beautiful. The bed is not so comfortable, but other than that, everything was very good. For those who go for a walk, I do not recommend staying there, because it is a more remote house, it is not so close to Angra Dos Reis. Bring a coat, as it ends up being very cold, especially at night. It has a slight smell of gas, but nothing unbearable. I thank the hosts very much, they were super attentive and polite. The house is beautiful, a large apartment with three bathrooms, the decor is very cozy, I felt at home. Super recommend your stay, I plan to come back more often. The defects I reported above are normal, no place is perfect.😁👏🏻
