A great condominium for families and children. Quiet and very organized. Associated beach and nature. House with all infrastructure. It looked like it was in my house. Careful hosts and left even a Mother's Day treat. I will always return I can.

Vanessa is a great host, super attentive and the house is even but beautiful as the photos show, a beautiful view, clean and super spacious house, we are a group of 10 people all adored without any complaint , on the contrary just praise .

It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest in with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

There were 7 of us, 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The children played and enjoyed that beautiful park. The house was very comfortable, the pool being fenced gave us peace of mind. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the bathrooms were fine. I'd go back and I'd recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you Fernando for all!

It was four wonderful days, we celebrated my son's birthday. Everything was perfect, the house is beautiful and has everything, we didn't want for anything. It was so perfect that we already rented it for my daughter's birthday too. The pool is great... I have stayed in several houses and lofts in this condominium, but for this house the rating is the maximum. I recommend it We're waiting for the return.

Perfect trip for a family Carnival! The house is sensational, even much better than the photos can show! From the reservation to our exit, everything was very well organized with Silvio and Marcia, which still have a cleaning and kitchen staff note 1000. Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! Indicate with eyes closed. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

Apt as described in the description. Quiet building with lots of features. Wide Parking. Smart TVs in the living room and suite. We like it a lot.

Great apartment, it has all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare your meals. It provides bed and bath linen, which is a differential from other accommodations in the same region. The host Patrícia was very kind and proactive in all contacts, before and during the stay. Condominium with security and good structure for leisure. It is close to Conceição do Jacareí (2 km away), where we can find good shops to buy necessary things during the stay and to eat. Pharmacies and restaurants in this region deliver to the condominium. Anyway, it was a great value for money, returning to the region, I will stay in the apartment again.

The apartment is very nice, it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is very functional and the setting is very beautiful. It is in a condominium which makes it very quiet and safe. We thank Diego for all his support and tips on enjoying the place.

We stayed a few days, but were extremely well spent... Everything that Marcelo describes about the apartment is equivalent to what we found there. All very clean and sanitized, with all the services informed. The Resort offers you beach, clubs, pools - and the ocean is worth SO MUCH... Take a diving mask to see the little fish!
