Cottage "KLARA" beautiful nature & sauna 20 min from Prague

We offer you a beautiful cottage in complete privacy surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in Malé Kyšice with a large garden, a stream lining the garden and a sauna. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor where there is a spacious double bed. There is also a living room and a dining room. One person can sleep on the leather sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer. On the upper floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (extra charge) and a home cinema. We will be happy to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. Brand new and modernly equipped bungalow with terrace, parking and direct access to the water. Access from the parking lot to the bathroom and bedroom is barrier-free. Families with children will find a refuge and plenty of space for children's games. Fishing enthusiasts will also find everything they need here. 100m from the bungalow there is a bistro with excellent beer and something to eat. 1 km away there is a large swimming pool with beach volleyball and water games and a playground for the little ones.

Zbožňujeme proměnlivé počasí a procházky divokou přírodou téměř bez kontaktu s civilizací. V létě přírodní koupání, v zimě na běžky hned ode dveří. To je náš svět zde, schovaný v horách. The accommodation offers an equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathroom, two double rooms with the possibility of an extra bed, a family room for four people and a sleeping loft for another four people. The building includes a spacious garden and our farm pets. Driving distance to Marienbad and many other interesting places.

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)

A cozy house built of straw with clay walls. The forest is 2 km away from the Hrachola Dam. We tried to work with natural materials to make it comfortable for us, and hopefully you, in the house. At the same time, we have not forgotten the technical and sanitary facilities needed for a comfortable stay.
