We throughly enjoyed our extended family vacation here. We had the entire place to ourselves. It was spacious, clean , homely and very comfortable for our large family. The caretaker , komal and the cook were very accommodating and made sure we got the meal choices everyone wanted, with a smile. Beach and river just a few mins away. So, we enjoyed the runs , beach walks , boat rides , food and sunrise / sunset. Overall , a great stay.

One of the best properties you can book for a group of 6–7 people. The place is well-maintained, spotless, and perfectly located-close to all the popular North Goa beaches, clubs, and cafes. You’re guaranteed to enjoy your stay here. The pool is spacious and exceptionally clean, and all the promised amenities are provided without compromise. The host, Karan, is fantastic-very responsive and always available to address any questions or concerns. This property truly elevated our Goa trip and made it even more memorable. Lastly, a special mention to Kefi, the café right outside the property-don’t miss it if you're looking for some delicious food. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly helpful and proactive throughout our trip. Despite our flight being delayed, they kindly accommodated a late check-in, which we really appreciated. During our stay, they consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel very well cared for. The caretaker at the property was fantastic—always available to help and quick with great local recommendations. The highlight of the stay was definitely the private pool, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Renting a bike or car made getting around easy. We’re already looking forward to coming back and will definitely recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Mitu treated us like a friend from the day of booking. The property was easy to find and neat and clean. The host surprised us with Early Checkin & Late CheckOut during Monsoon season. She also tried to find cook for us since ours was a big group. Perfect for 6-8 people. We cooked maggi as well as made tea ourselves since the kitchen was equipped. Mobile network can be issue but they have good wifi around the property. Everyone loved the place and cleanliness. Thank you for making our stay memorable. 🙏

Our stay at Van Rasa was truly unforgettable! The living room quickly became our favorite spot to gather and unwind as a group. Each bedroom was spacious and exquisitely designed, offering a perfect blend of elegance and luxury. The beautiful pool was a standout highlight, and we loved starting our mornings with breakfast by the poolside. The property’s proximity to Candolim Beach—just a short walk away—made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. The two caretakers went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and their delicious meals added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The Escavana Stays hosting team was exceptional, with thoughtful touches that made our experience seamless and special. All our requests, including a private chef for dinner and a yacht experience, were taken care of effortlessly. We had a memorable and incredibly comfortable stay, and we highly recommend this property for a luxurious Goan getaway.

We were a group of 9 and all had a wonderful stay at the property. All our needs were taken care of. The place was spotless, spacious, had a very nice pool with sunbeds, and very accessible to a bunch of nice spots in Vagator. The hosts were able to arrange scooter and car rentals, and taxis for us when we needed, so we really didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay. All in all, I would recommend this property as a great choice for slightly larger groups wanting to spend a few days in North Goa.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Stayed at the beautifully designed sea view villa beautiful decor.. With an amazing party terrace overlooking the ocean, had perfect sundowner with my family here The villa staff was attentive n prepared an excellent breakfast as per our choice.. The host took care of everything during our stay they hv concierge service which recommended n booked resturants n party place for us.. Amitabh is a fantastic host. He was avilable to assist is in our requirements and planning day trip. Although our trip was short, Anthony and his team were absolutely delightful to meet. Fabulously facility and great 5 star hospitality. We will be sure to visiting you again on our next trip.

Place was as pretty as the pictures were. The caretaker were helpful and always available. Felt just at home with very comfy stay. recommend this place to people looking for staycation. The road leading to villa is quite small and bumpy rest location is near to all the major spots in North Goa.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place for a staycation. The property features a bar counter and a basement swimming pool with a music entertainment system, which added to the fun. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two of them including bathtubs. The top terrace room had an open-air bathroom, which was a unique and enjoyable touch. Both the host and the building caretaker, Nadeem, were always available and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos. Sakshi and the property manager, Akhilesh, were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Daily cleaning was provided upon request, and the service was consistently excellent. The pool was great and clean as well. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

La Luxo was a beautiful stay. Nestled in a peaceful place, the rooms were as they were described. The pool and the view from the pool are definitely the USP of the place. Sowmya was a great host and ensured that all our queries were handled appropriately. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to choose La Luxo if they want a beautiful, peaceful and serene stay with the luxury of a beautiful view and relaxing pool. Revant's place was amazing, so well done. the decor is just beautiful, the living room is amazing to chill in, the pool in the villa and the community pool are both wow, each room has an attached washroom and everything is kept super clean. the caretaker deva was amazing. cooked amazing breakfasts for us and even recommended massages. the host also dropped by with some holi sweets which was a really lovely touch!
