Had a pleasant stay at the White Villa. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the area.

Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

We had a lovely stay at this place in Goa over the weekend. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. What really stood out was how proactive and helpful the host was, from a smooth check-in to assisting us with local recommendations and anything we needed during the stay. Almas and Abhishek were amazing hosts,making it an amazing experience for my family. The fact that they have a lift inside this beautiful villa is one of the best part for me since my parents who are senior citizens could enjoy staying on the top floor without the stress of climbing stairs - So a Big Thank You for making this villa elderly and kid friendly. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious,stressfree and relaxing experience away from home with family. It meets all your needs!! Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

The property is located inside a gated community. The security is great, and it's a good place, not too far from the city areas. It is quite, serene amd comfortable. The pluge pool is small, but enough to "plunge" with two people. The community pool is cleaned daily and it is quite big. The stay was awesome and everything was very clean and tidy.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location, view, service, cleanliness, and the aesthetics were fairly decent. Would highly recommend this place to my friends. Swati and Deepak are both very helpful and readily available which enhanced the stay further. Overall a very peaceful and happy stay.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

I loved my two days stay at Joe’s. He graciously allowed me to utilise the cottage’s exteriors even after checkout. I got a restaurant and a two wheeler on rental through his recommendation. Extremely helpful and a nice host!

Host was very friendly and responsive. But location is around 15 km away from Panaji. So it's difficult to cover beaches and locations from here. But few Church and temples are in close vicinity. Area is Calm.

The photos on Airbnb don’t do justice to how stunning this villa truly is. The entire space is beautifully designed, with multiple sections—starting from the parking area, leading up to the villa itself, then the pool, and finally direct access to the beach. Each section feels private and well thought out, offering both seclusion and easy beach access. We had an absolutely fantastic stay—completely worth it and highly recommended!

The accommodation is very quietly located in an area with old residential buildings. The busy main road is a few minutes' walk away. Everything is as described, functional and comfortable. Sapna took care of everything and personally welcomed and said goodbye to me. I'd love to come back.
