Located in the historic center of the village of Mandello del Lario (Lake Como-Lecco branch), ''All'imbarcadero'' is an elegant attic of large volumes, suitable for up to 4 people; located in a pedestrian area, part of a typical ''lake house'' recently renovated, it has fine finishes and enjoys modern comforts. The peculiarity is the bright rooms and the location on the Piazzetta dell'Imbarcadero, the vital heart of the village, as well as the proximity to the main services.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house. It is accessed from the main entrance and then, after crossing the internal garden, you reach the apartment. The accommodation was renovated in 2020: it is about 70 square meters. Two double bedrooms: one on the large mezzanine with exposed beams, the other with a large wardrobe. The kitchen is basic but equipped with a dishwasher and fridge. The bathroom is modern, comfortable. Terrace overlooking the lake.

Appartamento posto al secondo piano di una casa indipendente del 1700 con bellissima vista lago e montagne. Situato a due passi dalla riva e nelle immediate vicinanze del sentiero del viandante. L'accesso all’immobile avviene tramite scala interna , giunti al secondo piano si trova una camera matrimoniale a sinistra mentre a destra si accede al soggiorno, alla piccola cucina, al bagno ed alla seconda camera matrimoniale.
