The place was very beautiful. The garden and gazebo was wonderful to stay at in the morning or watch during the rain.

Amazing place. much better than I expected. The place is very clean and had a very homely feel. Communication from the host was easy. The building itself is highly secure and 1 minute walk to Eastwood Citywalk. I highly recommend this place.

It was great experience to stay at Ronnie’s place. ms.Cel was very easy to transact with as well. The place is perfect if you are going to concert scenes. No need na mamroblema kapag tapos na concert,very near the Smart Araneta. The place is clean and still new pa. Clean and guards were nice too.

The place was worth what we paid for. Ms. Glena was really helpful and so with Catherine. Although there were some sort of delays on responses, it was perfectly understandable since Catherine lives outside Manila. Ms. Glena, her co-owner, was actually there to assist with any concerns. Thank you Catherine and Ms. Glena. Your place had been our temporary home for 11 days. We will definitely recommend your place to friends and colleagues. 💕

The place was clean, the host is responsive, easy access to MOA, easy transportation. Downside of the place is the bad mobile signal or shall I say no signal at all. Although they have installed wifi but if you need to receive txt verification like OTP, it will take sometime for you to get a txt message. Other than that the unit is good. Hopefully they add TV on the unit as well.

Nice unit to stay! Quite modern unit with everything you need for a long stay👍🏻 unit is tidy , I felt myself as at home for a 7 nights! Can recommend👌🏻

I highly recommend this apartment. It was spotless, with the fresh feeling of new bedsheets, an ergonomic mattress, and an overall scent of cleanliness and care. I stayed there for nearly a month, and it felt like home. Although relatively small, the space is well-equipped with everything and more you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Ellen and Lorna, for making my time in Manila enjoyable!

Ms. Leilani was so friendly and accommodating, easy to talk to and very considerate. The place was really nice and worth every peso. Definitely, a place to relax and have peace. Highly recommended. Hoping to return soon!

We had a good time at Orlyn’s place. It is conveniently close to Mall of Asia and not far from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. There was soap, toothpaste and toothbrushes waiting for us. Nice touch, although we didn’t need to use them. I was a little confused about the use of the nice recreational amenities on the 2nd floor. I thought the guest pass I received at checkin (for which you have to deposit a form of ID) would give me access to the pool, but a guard told me that I could sit by the pool but not swim unless I paid a guest fee at the office in the basement. A note for future guests: the walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling but are more like partitions, which helps the flow of cool air from the air conditioning and daylight which was fine for us, but if you want more privacy you must be aware that this means the rooms are not soundproof. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

We had a good stay. The place is clean and very accessible to a lot of food options. Highly recommended!

She was always messaging and made sure we would get there safely. She was also very patient whenever I couldn't reply whenever I was busy and waited until we checked in.

Our New Years Eve was fantastic! Despite minor issues, the owner and staff promptly addressed and resolved it. Their attentive nature and swift problem-solving made our stay. Got cozy and comfy rooms, spacious kitchen, bathrooms and living areas, fit for my family. The ambiance was serene and private. We appreciated them for being so nice, friendly and approchable. The host was very responsive too. Highly recommended for ambiance, warm service and unforgettable experiences!

I have chosen your place because it is the nearest nicest place from my house. Not much amenities from the area like a pool or gym since the area is still under improvement/construction but still enough to just sleep and relax. Near stores and malls. The place is very comfy, feels like home! Highly recommended! Will definitely book again! :)

The unit is exactly as how it was described. Its conveniently located near to MOA. With pool, hot and cold shower, washing machine, net connection.. we cant get through with the cable/TV shows, not self check in and the receptionist of sea residences is not accommodating. Maybe its their way to intimidate potential burglars. Waited for 10-20mins before he checked on the papers. But overall, it was a good experience with mam J’s unit.
