Loved that they had a duvet comforter which made my stay very comfortable! The shared bathrooms were also clean and had decent hot water temperature. :) The place is within Poblacion but the noise was tolerable since it’s not within the center. :)

It’s my second time to stay now with my mom! Very affordable. I like it. I’ll book again next time!

This is my 2nd time booking at Flair Towers but my first time to try a shared apartment. Not bad, it was a good experience. The host is very accommodating, it's just like visiting a friend. I like the layout of the unit where the living area is adjacent to the balcony entrance. The balcony is very spacious and view is really nice.

I loved the place especially the amenities. Resort-Condo type living. The place is not that hot even though theirs no air conditioning. The view is well appreciated. For the ones using the MRT you can see Boni Station out the window. Hehehe! Maam Ada is so flexible with the Check In and Out, I really appreciate it. The hot and cold shower is a nice touch too. I didn't expect the coffee, juice, water and oatmeal thank you very much! Hope I can stay here again in the future. :)

I had a wonderful stay at Candice’s place! From the very beginning, communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. They provided clear check-in instructions and were always available to answer any questions I had throughout the trip, which made everything feel smooth and welcoming. The space itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. You can tell the host really cares about their guests' experience, with nice touches like well thought interior and furniture, it felt like a home away from home, and the neighborhood was a great bonus—safe, quiet, and close to everything I needed. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend Candice and Co-host Ate Beth to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful Airbnb host!

We had a wonderful stay at the Alpaca Lemon Penthouse! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our family especially appreciated the spacious layout—it was perfect for relaxing after a day out in Manila. The location was also ideal, with plenty of dining options and attractions nearby. Communication with the hosts was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to return on a future visit!

The unit is beautiful, and both Faye and Sir Paul were very accommodating. The place was neat, and everything was in order. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time together. We will definitely be returning!

The staff defines hospitality well and they are the gem of this establishment. The breakfast is so diverse and tastes really good! You can get to anywhere you need to as the location is perfectly in the center of manila city. I have no issues recommending this to friends and family. Adriatico Suites, well done and keep it up!

very responsive host. I was transiting to Singapore for three days and had alot of baggage so asked them if I could store my bags there at the hotel and they agreed to store all 6 bags for just P100 per day charge. saved me a lot of access to travel to Singapore and back. very friendly staff and host. really enjoyed my stay there with my family. the rooms were very spacious and exactly the same as the ones on the pictures. highly recommend this. and will definitely come back.

The place felt safe and was actually so pretty, I extended my stay. I liked the PILLOWS, honestly a 10/10. I needed a lot of help and they always answered so I’m really grateful. Honestly loved how peaceful and GREEN the place was!

Prepare for at most 3 flights of stairs Spacious! Might say good location for huge families or friends Superb hospitality of the owner and her house companion Really clean!

We stay here every time we are in manila, everyone is friendly and courteous they never disappoint…

It's a great place to stay for like a night or two, but the limited parking space makes it a bit inconvenient (though there's one nearby that's a paid parking space).
