It has a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed and one bedroom (1.40 m bed). Bathroom with shower. Windows in every room. A dishwasher and microwave are available. Towels and linens are included.

The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

A good night's sleep has become the new luxury: waking up in the silence of nature, surrounded by the scent of the forest, is a privilege. Here you will find a place where only the rustling of leaves and the sounds of birds accompany the tranquillity.
