Renovated at the end of 2023, all the equipment in my apartment is new. In this cozy accommodation of 37 m2, everything is organized in a functional way: You have a small equipped integrated kitchen (hotplate, oven, fridge, Nespresso, kettle, toaster). The kitchen is open to the living room: sofa, coffee tables, and armchair. A flat screen TV with more than 2000 channels is available, NF, Prime, Canal... In the slightly attic room, a double bed of 140 x 200, welcomes you, quiet. A wardrobe with hanger and an armchair to put your belongings. The small bathroom includes a shower, a sink (and hair dryer😀) and a toilet. Very bright, and facing south-east, you have a view of the gardens and the east of Nancy
