La Villetta

semi-detached house of 45 square meters located within the residence San Rocco in Via alessandro Magno, 537, Contrada Rocchi, RENDE (CS). Parking space, entrance with small staircase and private garden, cottage equipped with Kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. there are heating and washing machine. Very quiet area inhabited mostly by families, the villa is 1 minute from the University of Calabria and 5 minutes from the central areas of Rende. Area also accessible by public transport.

Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

Incredible location 10 meters from the sea that makes the view wonderful. The property offers immediate access to the large free frontal beach, very quiet and uncrowded, which also offers the services of a lido. The beach and seabed are sandy, the sea is not immediately deep.

The House of Oleandri is in a great position. It is located only 45’ from Lamezia Terme Airport. Quiet area but very close to the city center, 5 minutes on foot . It has 3 bedrooms , for a total of 4 beds , plus BATHROOM and kitchen. Upon arrival you will find bed linen and bath sets. Coffee and tea for breakfast , mineral water. It has the private car seat reserved for those who stay. Only 200 mt food/tobacco/bar.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
