Practical and modern apartment with good location at Grilstad Marina close to the lake, hiking areas, restaurants, shopping center and frequent connection to Trondheim city center. The charging path right outside extends all the way to Nyhavna in the city center. There are good swimming opportunities in the immediate area, including Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and Væresbukta. Many playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several major study sites such as NTNU.

Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash kitchen utensils so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25 km away and Trondheim Airport is 7 km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5 min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7 km away.
