Beachfront holiday rental in Malvarrosa beach

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

Super appartement. Nous avons séjourné avec nos 3 filles et Esther avait prévu la chaise haute, le lit parapluie et la serviette de bain pour notre bébé. Tout était très propre. juste petit bémol sur les couettes en plumes, un peu compliqué pour moi qui suit allergique 😄 Esther est restée très réactive et c'est appréciable. merci

precioso apartamento reformado con mucho gusto, en un 8° con una terraza estupenda y unas vistas privilegiadas al mar y mucha luz natural, espacioso, limpio, práctico, cómodo y acogedor, todo de forma destacable. Nos ha encantado y con muchas ganas de ser posible repetiremos. Todo genial

Apartamento encantador, súper bien decorado y limpio! se nota que la mayoría de muebles son nuevos. Manuel nos avisó que cuidáramos del piso para que siguiera impecable y así hicimos 😀. El apartamento queda a 2 calles de la playa y cerca de muchos restaurantes top y supermercados. Hay muy buena conexión con el centro, río Turia y con la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. También hay aparcamiento de sobra muy cerca, al menos en nuestras fechas. Recomiendo visitar la playa Patacona y desayunar o almorzar en "La más bonita" queda cerca y es increíble. El anfitrión estuvo muy receptivo resolviendo las dudas que tuvimos y nos dio consejos útiles, también de surf. Seguro que volveremos!

Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderbar. Die Morgensonne geht direkt vor dem Balkon auf. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und wir hatten den Strand fast für uns allein. Allerdings ist der Ort El Perello selbst im April noch wenig belebt und besteht fast komplett aus Neubauten. Die Kommunikation mit Noelia war genial - sie kümmert sich sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste. Die Bushaltestelle (Linie 25 nach Valencia Porta de la Mar) ist rund zehn Gehminuten entfernt.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par son cousin qui habite à côté, malgré la barrière de la langue, il as tout fait pour bien nous accueillir. Très bon échange avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Cabanyal verbracht. Davides Wohnung in einem alten, renovierten Fischerhaus ist nicht super modern, aber gemütlich, urig und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Einerseits ruhig gelegen, andererseits sowohl nah zum Meer/Strand, als auch zu guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, um sich innerhalb der Stadt zu bewegen sind sehr gut und sehr billig (Tipp: SUMA-Karte kaufen im Tabacco: 10 Karten das erste Mal 6 Euro/nachladen 10 Karten für 4 Euro) Davide ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Host. Beim Check in um 22.30 Uhr hat er uns persönlich empfangen. Bei Fragen während unsere Urlaubs war er immer per Whats App erreichbar und hat super schnell geantwortet. Auch persönlich ist er einmal vorbeigekommen, um uns bei einem Parkverstoß hilfreich zur Seite zu stehen. Wir können Davide und seine Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Antonio was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we made our booking- helping arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport with a baby seat, and then during our stay including finding a shop that sells a pram as we had forgotten ours! The apartment is less than 5 mins walk from the beach, which is beautiful and has plenty of restaurants along the front. Antonio also provided a local guide with recommendations, some of which we visited and would highly recommend! The place was clean, and there were lots of amenities provided including kitchen roll & spray, shampoo & shower gel, dishwasher tablets & washing machine liquid- all of these are super helpful when staying for a week or so and you don’t want to buy these from the supermarket! There are 2 convenience stores in the building and also a supermarket about a 25 min walk away. Would definitely stay again

un piso muy limpio y cómodo! hemos pasado unos días geniales. la verdad q ya en las fotos es ideal. la cama muy cómoda. una terraza ideal para disfrutar del buen tiempo.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

Our stay in Valencia was absolutely perfect! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Wir haben uns super wohl in der Wohnung von Maria gefühlt. Die Anreise und Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. In dem Haus fühlt man sich wirklich super wohl, der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum, der Pool hat unsere Kinder glücklich gemacht und die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros- For us, this place checked all our boxes and we gave 5 stars. The apartment was very clean, tidy, stocked kitchen, starter trash bags, plenty of dish soap, and toliet paper. The view is literally 360° and stunning. Both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Elevator. Plenty of parking. Super close to Valencia Old Town and Aquarium (about 15 min drive). Cons- These are for full disclosure, but did not affect us directly. In order to maximize views, there is a lack of privacy and only one room (the twin) is fully enclosed. Even the shower has a window looking to the living room. Odd, yes, but the views didn't bother us and were gorgeous. One shower did not have hot water (hosts were quick to offer a plumber- we said no). There were some random ants around the apartment.

Ein wunderschönes Appartement mit zwei (!) großen Terrassen. Eine mit Blick auf den Strand und eine mit Blick in die Stadt. Somit hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne und Aussicht, je nachdem auf welcher Terrasse man sitzt. Die Wohnung ist richtig geräumig und die Fotos geben das auch sehr gut wieder. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Überall stehen schöne kleine Andenken von Reisen herum. Sehr gemütlich und auch sehr ruhig. Es war alles piktobello sauber. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet und es gibt sogar ein eigenes Gerät für Trinkwasser. Das normale Leitungswasser ist recht stark mit Chlor versetzt. Die Lage ist sehr schön am nördlichen Strand gelegen, also weiter weg von der Altstadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe halten aber mehrere Buslinien, so dass alles gut zu erreichen ist. Einen lieben Dank an Ines, die sich fürsorglich um uns gekümmert und uns mit vielen guten Tipps für diese tolle Stadt versorgt hat. Eine sehr symphatische Gatgeberin.

Everything went perfectly, the apartment was a delight, we felt very welcome, and Javier was the perfect host. he was friendly, helpful and immediately responsive - even when we locked ourselves out on a Saturday night!

Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

Ester's place was a perfect place for my husband and I for our brief time in the Valencia area! Alboraia is just a bus or Uber from down town valencia. The location is spectacular and the photos are spot on. We loved the patio right on beach and such easy access to the beach. such a relaxing stay and they have everything you could need. would definitely come back!

Great apartment in Alboraya/Patacona beach, the beach is right there and you can walk to Malvarosa and Port Saplaya (a bit longer of a walk!). Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, bustling during the day and quiet at night. Laura was a great host, she communicated well and the apartment had everything we needed. The parking spot is a nice amenity if you have a car, since during busy times free street parking can be hard to find.

Ha sido todo un lujo poder disfrutar de la casa de Luis, se encuentra en un entorno privilegiado y tranquilo, primera línea de playa y, aunque nos hubiese gustado que el tiempo nos hubiese acompañado un poco más, hemos podido disfrutar mucho de ella y de la zona. Luis ha estado atento en todo momento, ha resuelto nuestras dudas y nos ha proporcionado mucha información de actividades y recomendaciones de todo tipo. Sin duda recomendable 100%.
