Historic house of 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural village surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 metres from the river. It is divided into two apartments with an independent entrance: one of approx. 200 square meters and another of approx. 40 square meters with sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
