Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Maltepe

Hamdi is the best host I've ever seen, with his sincerity and interest. He took care of us immediately when we had the slightest problem or needed something. He did his best to make us enjoy the holiday. The house has everything you're looking for. It is comfortable and has very good privacy. The balcony and the view are more beautiful than the photos. I definitely recommend this place to those who will have a holiday in Heybeliada. Get a reservation without thinking.

6 stars out of 5:) The apartment is very tastefully furnished, has character with sweet details and meets all needs, you don't want to leave the house. The balcony and the view are amazing. Burcu is a very warm person and a good host. Cat Luna is a delight:)) The location is very central, so there was a little street noise during the holiday, but it didn't bother me:) Very close to many cafes, restaurants and markets, a big advantage. Heybeli may be the best! I plan to come again🫶🌸

absolutely gorgeous place...could not get enough of the views. Ulviye was so responsive to all queries .. location is minutes walk to all local metro ferry and bus lines...amazing experience we cannot wait to come.back !

Caner has a very cozy place! Great for four people. Although, It gets pretty hot in the 2nd and 3rd story of the home. Air conditioning is only on the first floor. Bathroom could use an update too, there’s a little bit of black mold forming on the rim of the bathtub. Other than that, the place is very nice and close to the market streets.

nice place to stay, location is perfect and the home is better than expected

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

We stayed at Bayram’s apartment during a study trip in Maltepe and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. Communication with Bayram was smooth and easy throughout. We would gladly stay here again — highly recommended!

Good place to stay and visit istanbul

It was a clean, tidy, beautiful house, easily met our needs.

Demir’s place offers a stunning view of the Istanbul skyline. Not only is it beautifully decorated, but it’s also incredibly comfortable. The couch and bed were both perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. I especially loved how walkable the area is. You can stroll down to the shoreline to catch the sunset or enjoy a peaceful walk through the park. It’s also an easy walk to the vibrant street of Bağdat. The host was very responsive, always quick to reply and helpful with any questions or needs I had. It was such a delight to stay here and get a taste of life on the Asian side of Istanbul. I’d absolutely love to return if I come back to the city.

i am very satisfied with the house and interest of Mr. Avni. The house was immaculate. There was a lot of home feeling. It was a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. It was important for me that it was close to the metro, that it was reliable and that I felt at home. I was extremely satisfied. Everything was available in the house. The apartment is also a beautiful, new, clean and animal-loving apartment. I want to stay for my next arrival.

I have been a bit generous with my rating, Emrah and his Co/host are trying to make a better Hotel we had a few ups and downs but problems solved due to understanding and communication. Emrah invited us back to enjoy another stay when the rooms has been upgraded we will be happy to come back and give a 5 star review. We survived :)

The apartment is located on a very quiet street, we did not have any problems with the entrance. Ms. Asuman was helpful by providing very quick responses to our needs. The interior of the house was also very tidy and clean, we had no problems. Thank you.

Mr. Ercüment is a hospitable host who provides fast communication. The accommodation is in line with the images in the advertisement, the location is close to the beach, the rail system is close to transportation...

Clean and organized accommodation. Excellent neighbourhood with everything located within walking distance.

Gokhan is very kind, responsive host. We traveled with a baby and Gokhan solved our issue where to leave our stroller. On the day of our arrival, the local government cut water supply and Gokhan kindly provided water bottles. Recommended.

I recommend it with peace of mind to those who travel for both business and holiday purposes. The host was also extremely caring and welcoming.

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.

Incredibly clean, spacious and brilliant place to live in - I stayed here for a few days during a layover and loved it (plus it was flooded with natural lighting since it was the top floor, which made the place feel so much more wonderful and alive). Can't recommend this place enough!
