Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Maltepe

Modern, newly developed and clean apartment. Host service was amazing, went out of the way to provide us a baby cot even though it was not listed in the ad. And not just a travel cot but a proper full sized wooden baby cot. We had a very pleasant stay! Thank you

The apartment is in great location near the train station , walking distance to the seaside and several parks. Apartment is fully equipped for cooking. Very enjoyable and relaxing space, modern decor.

This was one of the best places I've stayed! The flat was impeccably clean, well furnished, had a very complete kitchen and the location was great. There are plenty of linens and the washer/dryer is very useful. Mehmet was really responsive and reached out proactively to check on us. His recommendations for shopping and eating were spot-on. While there is some street noise audible in the living room, the bedroom is quiet. The apartment is right in the middle of Kadiköy's entertainment area, and thus very close to the ferry and bus terminals, the airport Metro as well as the more upscale Moda district. Kadiköy is a must-see part of Istanbul with far fewer tourists than on the European side of the Bosporus and this flat is a perfect homebase to explore the district and the whole city from.

This apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and well equipped for 4 people. The location is amazing, everything is close. Hakan is very friendly host. I can definitely recommend this apartment!

We received a very enjoyable stay. I can't say service because it was like one of my family, both Mr. Canberk and Mr. Doğan. Even an unfortunate situation they didn't have, they managed so well that we could have ended our vacation from the first day. Thank you so much for everything.

Thank you Fatih! We really enjoyed our stay. There were so many good restaurants within 1-5 minute walk away from the AirBnB. It is located right next to other great shopping locations for clothes, souvenirs, pharmacy, etc. Despite being next to a ton of restaurants and bars, you cannot hear any outside noise with the windows closed. So once we wanted to relax and sleep, there were no distractions. It’s also 10 minute walk to the metro, bus station that connects to the rest of the Asian side and to the ferry ports that go to Kariköy, Eminonou, and Princes’ Islands. Will definitely be requesting to stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful and modern with a fantastic view. The large rooms add a lot of comfort. Location is unbeatable with local restaurants around and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue I had was that the apartment doesn’t have an elevator so a bit difficult to climb up the stairs if you have heavy suitcases. Overall we had a wonderful time in this apartment and will sure go again.

Everything was very spot on. Mr. Emre also had a very helpful and open communication.

Clean and a peaceful place for stay🤩

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

Amazing late night staff and super cozy home

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

It was a very nice and nice stay. Communication with Mr. Levent was smooth. Everything in the house is very nice. There are enough items. It's a stay that you won't regret. Thank you again Mr. Levent.

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. We had a fantastic stay at Aaron’s place just down the street from Galata Tower! The apartment was full of charm—beautifully designed with exposed brick, large windows, and lots of natural light. The location was perfect: walking distance to great cafes, shops, and public transit, while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. Aaron was a responsive, professional, and friendly host—quick to help with any questions and made us feel very welcome. Check-in was smooth, and the space felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Ugur is an incredible host. We were traveling to Istanbul for our wedding and Ugur helped find a laundry service to help iron a wedding dress and tuxedo! His office is located around the corner and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We saw a few reviews about noise but we felt the apartment was very quiet and had no issues.
