10 minutes from Parc Le Pal, 15 minutes from the Thermal Baths of Bourbon-Lancy, 30 minutes from Moulins, in the center of the village of Beaulon, we welcome you to an independent apartment in 18th century common areas, located in the park of a large family property. Accommodation for 4 people (2 beds and a sofa bed). You have access to a private garden equipped with garden furniture, and access to tennis. 3 minutes from: bakery, delicatessen, 2 grocery stores, pharmacy, doctor and hairdressers. Enjoy your stay!

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Sheets, duvet covers (2x 2m×2 and 1x 2.2mx2.4) and towels not provided. Exceptionally, it is possible to rent linens and towels for people coming from far away (consult us for this)

On the edge of the Loire, just 2 hours from Lyon and 3 hours from Paris, discover a medieval city to visit, a spa town renowned for more than 2000 years nestled in a green setting conducive to hiking (walking, horseback riding, cycling...). Also an opportunity to visit nearby Moulins (03) with its national museum of stage costume and the Pal amusement park in Dompierre (03).

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Digoin, 1 km from the Voie Verte and 10 km from Paray-le-Monial. Suitable for walking, cycling, close to the canal of the river activity center, Spacious it is ideal for 6 people (couple and children). Its balcony and courtyard will make your time pleasant. Claudine and Christian are happy to offer you breakfast (homemade jam and brioche). No extra charge for child occupying the crib.

Right in the center of Digoin, Le Clos Digoinais, a renovated 50 m2 single-storey apartment with 25 m2 terrace, is perfect for families, couples and friends. Although located in the town center, Le Clos Digoinais lives up to its name: with its own entrance and 1000m² of enclosed, flower-filled parkland. A private parking lot provides secure parking for your vehicles. It's a cosy little nest close to the city that awaits you!

The pond gîte

Close to the Pal and in a spa town, come and discover this bungalow located in the heart of nature and quiet. After spending a day visiting the area, you can relax on the terrace facing the pond. The fully refurbished bungalow has two bedrooms + a sofa bed. Kitchen is Fully stocked. Many walks can be taken from the bungalow. Sheets not provided or for rent €10 per pair. Pets welcome on request before booking, thank you.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Small wooden teepee of 4 m2, heated with small electric heater! There is just a 2-seater mattress inside, sheets are provided + the duvet! For sanitary facilities, you will have a hot shower area + dry toilet 30 m from the teepee, in a module under the greenhouse. The kitchen is also under the unheated greenhouse!
