Maison Pernette is located in the Beaujolais Vert, on the border of the Saône-et-Loire, in the heart of the groves and fir forests. This old farm from 1878, completely renovated by us, is located at the end of a path and at the foot of the start of hiking trails, the house is in the heart of nature, an ideal setting for a stay in the countryside and a complete disconnection for two, with family or friends! House located in Bourbon-Lancy. A beautiful town nestled in Saône-et-Loire, south of Burgundy. On the edge of the Loire, just 2 hours from Lyon and 3 hours from Paris, discover a medieval city to visit, a spa town renowned for more than 2000 years nestled in a green setting conducive to hiking (walking, horseback riding, cycling...). Also an opportunity to visit nearby Moulins (03) with its national museum of stage costume and the Pal amusement park in Dompierre (03).

Logis du Moulin Neuf, Burgundy

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the exceptional setting of the Moulin-Neuf estate, an 18th century building on 10 Ha. In absolute calm near the birds and the stream, discover the abundance of life around - Loire Valley protected site - who knows if you will see deer, storks or kingfisher? Here, your eyes sparkle around the wood fire and the majestic starry sky ;) of Morvan. The Logis combines authenticity and comfort: noble materials, quality cuisine, superior bedding.

The pond gîte

Close to the Pal and in a spa town, come and discover this bungalow located in the heart of nature and quiet. After spending a day visiting the area, you can relax on the terrace facing the pond. The fully refurbished bungalow has two bedrooms + a sofa bed. Kitchen is Fully stocked. Many walks can be taken from the bungalow. Sheets not provided or for rent €10 per pair. Pets welcome on request before booking, thank you.

Authentic 6-person vacation home. Splendid view.

This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.

La Douceur de Vivre Gîte

Nestled in an outbuilding, the La Douceur de Vivre cottage invites you to disconnect, relax, and do nothing... Located in the town of Gilly-sur-Loire in Saône-et-Loire, the cottage is 100 meters from the Euro Velo 6 greenway, 14 km from the Le Pal amusement and animal park in Auvergne and 10 km from the Bourbon Lancy spa resort. La Douceur de Vivre includes a very nice outdoor area.

With us, parents and children will find happiness, in a green setting surrounded by meadows! You will have the choice to enjoy the garden, deckchairs, for a relaxing break or to practice many activities on site: swimming pool (open according to weather from early June to end of September: contact us) bad/volleyball court, indoor climbing wall, trampoline, slide, swing, ball games...

Recently renovated maisonette attached to the main house, close to hiking trails between Bourbon Lancy (spa, Celto), Paray le Monial (basilica) and Digoin (boat ride on the canal), the PAL 36 km away. Moments of relaxation and discovery of the local heritage. Peaceful place where you can recharge your batteries. In front of our house, a bakery. Grocery store nearby.
