All the amenities are thoughtfully provided, and the rate accurately reflects the exceptional quality of the accommodation. The location is unbeatable – just a short 10-minute walk to the historic Cesis Castle and right next to the serene forests of Gauja National Park. What truly sets this experience apart is Janis himself. He is one of the most attentive and welcoming hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with, going above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place in a great location, with beautiful forest, river and castle walks walks on the doorstep minutes away. Places is well equipped, spacious and clean. Host was very attentive and eager to do well for their guests. Price more than fair. Highly recommended! Note — WiFi was out when we were there, but we managed with mobile data, since there is excellent coverage despite the rural location.

It is a very nice place, easy to get to and very close to the train station.
