Beachfront holiday rental in Malipano Private Beach

Hosts are very kind and accommodating. Very proactive and approachable. Place is perfect if you want to disconnect. Cell signal is very weak, which I loved because I wanted to have a peaceful stay away from work stress. Had one of the best sleeps of my life here. Woke up early, sunrise looks great. If you are a good swimmer, definitely book here. Would have loved to stay longer, will definitely go back.

The stay was perfect. It's a little paradise and the hosts were very, very friendly. We felt very comfortable from the start. We already miss this little paradise. Thank you for the hospitality and we will definitely come back. If we could we would give it 6 stars.

A nice place to stay that has a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The beach was nice with some decent coral and some nice waves at high tide! Convenient to the Hagimit Falls and close to the barge.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful place! The beach is stunning, with its crystal-clear blue waters, and we were lucky enough to spot dolphins. The caretaker was incredibly accommodating, and the generous owner allowed us to extend our checkout time. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with plenty of beds, so we didn't have to worry about sleeping arrangements. The kitchen and dining area were fully stocked with all the necessary tools, and they even provided free gallons of water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return to this amazing place!

We had the best beach staycation ever at Marie's place. We loved how serene the place is. My teenagers loved the hammock place, my toddler enjoyed the beach, and us adults had a great time overall. Having the place all to ourselves during our stay was a bonus! And the free breakfast was very much appreciated. Miss Marie is very accommodating. Thank you!

Raymond's and ate Rowena's place was absolutely amazing, definitely worth the visit! My girlfriend & i had a wonderful time! It's a quiet & private place sorrounded by nature, followed by a relaxing ambience. The fresh sea breeze and beautiful ocean view from the garden, made it a perfect getaway from the city. It is a perfect place to snorkle, with beautiful coral reefs just a few meters away from the coast. Raymond and ate Rowena were great hosts! They accomodated us with all our needs. Their place is very well taken care of, you can see that they put a lot of effort into it. As a bonus, they also declined bigger groups and day tours to maintain the tranquility of the place while guests are staying there, which shows that they really care about their home. We will definitely visit again, the next time we come back to the Philippines!

The place is aweeesome! If I can give 10 star rating I will! My family stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and we were reluctant to leave, we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The place is quite far, and the way to the resort is a dirt road, can be challenging, but once there, it's worth it! I didn't get to see the turtles but I was fascinated because the corals are alive, plenty to look at and just enjoy the day. We had a bonfire at night, had fun with friends and the owners were very accomodating! The place is clean and the kitchen is complete with basic stuff you need to cook your own food. We had fun, and we will definitely go back!

Raymond’s place was very peaceful and beautiful! It was all that was on the listing and more. There was so much care and attention to the ambiance and decor inside the rooms and outside in the extraordinary garden. There was a wishing well with the backdrop of bamboo stalks that was a great place for photos. There were several places to gather and enjoy nature and the sea breeze. We played sungka at one of those spots and continued to make memories. My partner lay in the hammock while we chatted about the fishermen who we could see resting in preparation for their night time fishing. There was a stairway down to the water’s edge and a great spot to take a video for a screen saver of your vacation! A big thank you to Raymond and his wife for their going above and beyond and attention to the guests comfort!

The local people outside of the compound were very friendly to us, when we took our morning walk down to the beach. Also, there is a little convenience store just outside the gates, which is open until 1am. Very handy for a midnight snack.

Ms. Amie and her caretaker are so nice! Since my friend doesn’t speak bisaya, the caretaker was so patient in helping her understand some words. The place is nice and I would gladly recommend it to others.

Responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommended, we felt at home and was at peace. We enjoyed our holiday despite of a little inconvenience but the host made sure we are compensated. Thank you! Will go back here.

The place was super clean and spacious - even with 12 of us staying there, it never felt cramped. We loved how the beach was just right outside the accommodation. There's even a cute little swing! The view was beautiful, and we got to catch the sunset too. Kaputian Beach Park is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of stores around- carinderias, convenience stores, and even BBQ stalls at night. There's also a market nearby if you're after fresh seafood. On our last day, we actually bought fish straight from the fishermen- it was caught at 3 AM that same day! Check-in and check-out were super smooth, thanks to the owner and caretaker being really responsive. We honestly loved everything about the place. If we ever visit Samal again, we're definitely booking here a second time.

We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Jennifer’s place was just bliss. Very private, quiet and relaxed even though its close to the town of Babak. Ate Emma looked after us really well and was always available to help or answer any questions. Highly recommended! Would come back again and bring the family next time!

Had a wonderful staycation at Amie’s place! They were very proactive and responsive - specially when we needed a few things to cook breakfast. We absolutely loved the pool with the scenic view of the beach. Highly recommended, we’ll be back soon. :)

The photos dont really do justice to the accomodation. However the location besides the sea steals all the attention. The share kitchen works well and what better way to cook and eat whilst being right besides the clear blue ocean? Fisherman peddle their wares each morning if you like fresh fish and sea urchins. Five minutes walk to the market and lots of street food vendors are on your doorstep along the way with a new 7/11. The ultimate chill out location with sea views from all three units. You won't be disappointed. I'll be back for sure.
