Beautiful little apartment, across the street right by the sea, some bays within walking distance. Jasmina and her family are very friendly + helpful.

Very nicely located apartment with two balconies overlooking the sea and the mountains. Almost right on the fine pebble beach. By boat you can go directly to Rab every hour for €3, - from there! Apartment is as described. Bed and climate are very good. Parking as well. There are almost all German programs on the TV. Rozana is a top host and super friendly. When we had a wish, she responded immediately. We felt very comfortable in Barbat and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Great place, down to earth and original!

As others have already written, the path from the car park to the accommodation is long and connected by stairs. You will be rewarded with a wonderful view and absolute privacy. The house is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. It doesn't take a minute and you can go swimming at one of the many places in the sea. Below the house, a path runs directly along the sea. If you go to the right, you will reach Gonar, where there are restaurants. If you walk to the left and at the end over the mountain, you will reach a place with a marina after about 1 km. There is a supermarket and also restaurants and bars. A small tip, place the WLAN box, which is equipped with a SIM card, outside in front of the window, as the reception is poor in the room.

The place is really perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. If you cross the road, you are directly on the sea on a small beach - within walking distance are also slightly larger beaches. The place is small but perfect for two. On the balcony you have a great view and with the available awning, it can also be well endured there at noon in August. The pool is perfect for cooling off in between - and we got a free lounger there at all times. Daniela was an incredibly warm and friendly host! In summary, highly recommend😊

We spent about a week in this beautiful and lovely village. I recommend a visit here to anyone who wants to retreat a little from the noise of the world. The sea is literally a few meters from the apartment, where you can take a dip, and a beautiful path leads to another, hidden beach. It is a perfect place for walking and relaxing. The apartment is beautiful, tidy, comfortable and clean, we were able to relax well and enjoy breakfast in the sea breeze in the morning or wine in the evening on the balcony at sunset. Gabriela is a discreet and extremely helpful host, thank you for having us here.

A little paradise with attention to detail! The complex is beautifully designed and very well maintained, you can feel the love for detail everywhere. The pool area was a particular highlight: at the beginning of June, I often had it all to myself for hours. The view from the balcony was fantastic, right by the sea, with waves and crickets chirping at night - perfect for relaxing. There are great places by the water in the area, the sea is crystal clear and turquoise, the beach is clean. All the staff were warm, helpful and very attentive. The location is ideal: quiet and relaxing, but everything is quickly accessible by car, including the more lively Novalja. I will definitely come back, especially the preseason, I can highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Antigua! The location is perfect, and the house is exactly as described, even exceeded our expectations; it has a perfect view of the sea and Osorčica and an enclosed garden that ensures privacy. The peaceful atmosphere of the garden with its blooming herbs, rich braid, scents and sounds already on arrival feel relaxing. The Villa is on two levels and is equipped with everything needed and more. The pool was a real highlight – clean and perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the pet-friendly fenced yard was a huge plus, providing a safe and welcoming space for our dog. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and helpful, providing great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. Special praise for the effort and attention they've designed this space and maintained the true coastal spirit. A space that not only feels cozy, but also a therapeutically relaxing. I highly recommend this great place! It was a wonderful experience all around! We will be back for sure!!!

It was a very enjoyable and simple stay

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very neat and clean. The view from the bedroom to the harbor is stunning and the small balcony is perfect for breakfast. Petra's mother lives right next door and is very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

The place is quite spacious with 2 nice rooms and modern bathroom. The terrace ans the garden are very cute and convenient, we always eat outdoor and enjoy the garden especially the kids. The beach is literally 100m away and small ports and restaurants a further 200m. Grocery store likewise are very near and it is very easy to walk to the city center.

All in all it was a great holiday. There are steps all over town, except on the "boardwalk" or riva, but that's normal for an island in Croatia. Mariana's little house is cute, it's got everything you need. Not accessible directly with car, it's a bit of a walk from the parking, so pack light. There's a laundromat not so far away, so there's really no need for a large suitcase 😉

Perfect accommodation for our 3 nights in Mali Losinj. On the hill near Čikat Bay overlooking the harbour. .We were 2 couples and the apartment was perfect. Spent 3 lovely evening on the balcony looking down on Mali Losinj.

The apartment is conveniently located as it is 10 minutes from Rab reachable with a walk along the marina and in front of a nice beach useful for those days or half days more restful. Beautiful in the morning run along the coast on the left side of the coast and admire the scenery. 100 meters away you will find a well-stocked market that has croissants that are hard to find in the city😂. Starting from Rab you can reach all the beaches of the island in a maximum of 30 minutes by car. The studio is upstairs facing the sea, the spaces are a little limited but if you find nice days you will be right for breakfast and to rest. Small but well-stocked kitchen space and to eat I suggest the terrace that has a priceless view. The house was very clean and Mirijana was a very kind, reserved and very attentive host. You have details. I definitely recommend it.

A great apartment, very cozy, tip-top clean, extensively equipped, nothing is missing, a beautiful terrace with fantastic views, a beautiful garden, very nice and attentive care by Hania and Miljen, complete relaxation by the nearby small almost private beach for swimming and beautiful hiking opportunities in the area, good supply by the small organic farm at the airport and the small shop in Artatore, Definitely in need of recreation, we are looking forward to the next stay. Good place to stay for a time period. Nice view. Quiet neighboorhood. All was very satisfying. Especially, the kitchen has the most various equipment I have ever seen on Airbnb apartments, amazing! Nothing is missing... The communication with Bore was quick and useful. Highly recommended.
