On the first floor of the Villa degli Armatori is this beautiful studio with a private entrance that enjoys a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and islands. Punta Scario A is an apartment located on the Scario promontory. The house consists of 4 rooms plus a veranda that opens to a garden equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, this enjoys an incredible view of the islands of Stromboli and Panarea. It lights up from a pedestrian gate or from the gate behind which is equipped with private parking. The house is in a very strategic location as it is 2 minutes from Scario beach and 5 minutes from the center of the village.

The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.

The central location of the house offers every comfort during your vacation, it is arranged on two floors and accommodates four people with two bedrooms , two bathrooms, kitchenette , wifi and air conditioning To enter the house you need to take two steps I remember there is no washer but only a dryer . In busy summer times,with all the clubs open there may be more noise
