Si trova a Pianoconte a circa 5 km dal porto,a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus e del supermarket dove potrai trovare tutti i prodotti locali delle Eolie!!!

La casa è composta da 4 ambienti più una veranda che si apre su un giardino attrezzato con sdraio ed ombrelloni, questo gode di un incredibile vista sulle isole di Stromboli e Panarea. Vi si accende da un cancello pedonale o dal cancello dietro che è provvisto di parcheggio privato. La casa è in una posizione molto strategica poiché è a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia dello Scario e a 5 minuti dal centro del paese.
