Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Malaybalay City

Its a perfect place to stay in cdo.. malapit lang po sa national highway. And kng may balak mag sevenseas, dito na po kayo. The host and caretaker of this building is very approachable and kind.

Would def recommend staying here esp if you want to have a safe parking! 🫶

The place is very good for group trips. Our group had a great stay and Ms. Joy is very accommodating.

Just ensure TElevision is alwyas availabe as per our stay it cannot be turner on.

Ms Rose's place is perfect if you are new to CdO. Location is very accessible and convenient - just few walks to major malls in the city, infront of a provincial hospital. No problem if you will commute to tour the city - will only take you one motorela/jeepney/taxi (just outside the tower) to your destination. The unit was clean, homey and stylish. Airconditioning works very well, was cold both at the sala and the room. There were also kitchen equipment and utensils you can use if you decide to stay home and cook your own meal. Communication with Ms Hazel, the one who met me before check in was nice and responds immediately. No towels and toiletries were provided though so please bring them with you if you are planning to stay at her unit. Overall, I had a hassle free and pleasant stay! Thank you ❤️

I would say this is one of the cleanest bnb we’ve stayed so far. the only down thing for me is the location is far from the center and you’d get caught by the traffic in kauswagan. This is good if you have cars or in our case, big bike. Overall, we had an amazing stay

my original airbnb got cancelled and I had to find another airbnb in an hour. so glad that they were so responsive and was able to provide us a place to stay despite the late booking. Place was clean and accessible! staff and host were all friendly and accommodating :)

We had a fantastic 3-day stay at this place! The unit was exactly as described and pictured - comfortable, clean, and cozy. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host/agent did a great job of maintaining the space, and everything was just as expected. The amenities were convenient, and the location was perfect for our needs. Very friendly host, tended to our every inquiry. She is always very responsive and quick to reply. Provided us with unexpected needs like toiletries, ingredients and even flowers etc. She has excellent service and just overall an amazing place.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided slippers and towels, which made us feel right at home. Having drinking water available was a big plus, and the place was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils we needed for a hassle-free stay. The water heater worked perfectly and was easy to use, which made showers super enjoyable. The smart TV and fast internet connection were another highlight, we had no issues streaming movies or watching YouTube, which made for relaxing evenings. Most importantly, the hosts were exceptionally accommodating and even allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. That extra flexibility really made a difference. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

My stay here was all worth it. A 1 month training that is very exhausting, when i came home, i can really feel so relaxed. The host was so responsive both via this platform and te xt messaging. When I checked out, i can say that i felt sepanx. So it means, i was really home for the days i was in. This is highly recommended y’all. Soon if possible and available, i would like to book this place again.

the place is clean and accessible. it has water despenser with water galon so you don't need to buy separate water bottle. you just need to be early and be cautious on the days you book due to limited parking space but other than that, it's a peaceful place to stay.

Den's place is exactly how it is decribed. I love that it is located in a great area and close to everything. Public transportation is all around you. Den is a great host who is very responsive, professional and polite. I highly recommend staying here!

Everything went smoothly. The place is nice and clean, located within walking distance of malls, restaurants, and transportation. When I didn’t feel to go out, I cooked and stayed home watching movies on Netflix. The Wifi is very helpful to get connected to the internet. My three weeks vacation were not enough. I wish I could have stayed longer. Rosemarie and Cristopher responded quickly to my needs or questions.
