Salón con cocina americana con todos los electrodomésticos (horno, lavadora, lavavajillas etc). Salón con sofá cama comodísimo y a estrenar junto con mesa con 4 sillas tambien nuevas y muy bonitas. Para que no tengas que preocuparte dejamos juegos de toallas, sabanas, secador de pelo, plancha y todo lo necesario para que vengas con lo mínimo. A unos minutos de la calle Larios, muelle 1, museos, zona de tiendas y supermercados, la vivienda está ubicada en una de las calles con más tradición de la Semana Santa malagueña y a 2 pasos de la feria del centro 😊🎡 Estoy 24 horas abierto a resolver cualquier duda que tengais y en vuestra estancia. 😉💙 ---------------- Duplex luxury penthouse in the center of Malaga, if you want to know the center of Malaga without having to take the car here you will have all the comforts, bright apartment, two floors with a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy the Malaga nights in the best company. 🍹🍉👨👩👧👦 The house is composed of 2 bedrooms, the first with double bed along with the bathroom and the second is in the upper attic with direct access to the terrace (brand new viscoelastic mattresses). Living room with kitchenette with all appliances (oven, washing machine, dishwasher etc). Living room with comfortable sofa bed and brand new with table with 4 chairs also new and very nice. So that you do not have to worry we leave towels, sheets, hair dryer, iron and everything you need to come with the minimum. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.
