Condo holiday rentals in Malacca Strait

This is the second apartment I rent in this residence and from this host who is very helpful and responsive. Communication was very smooth and he was always available to answer our questions. The apartment is located in a beautiful, well-maintained residence and equipped with a gym, children's play areas, sauna, jacuzzi and 2 swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool with a great view of the Merdeka Tower. The residence is close to KL's attractions (by transport) and small convenience stores and restaurants are just downstairs. This is the perfect place to stay in KL in a very clean and spacious apartment within this residence which is very quiet.

The apartments fully correspond to the description (and in fact even better!) — spacious, modern, impeccably clean and incredibly cozy. But the main thing is, of course, the stunning view of the Petronas Towers. Every morning began with a cup of coffee by the window, and I still remember those moments with delight. It is especially beautiful at night, when the towers sparkle with lights - like in the movies! The location is excellent: everything is nearby — shopping centers, cafes, metro. The building itself is very well maintained, with security, fast elevators and a cool swimming pool with a panoramic view of the city. The host is great! Very responsive, always in touch, gave useful advice. There was a real feeling of concern for guests. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for stylish, comfortable and memorable accommodation in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Will definitely be back!

A breathtaking view of the Twin Towers and an exceptional bathroom. I had fantastic experience! To make the most of it, I recommend soaking in the view at different times of day, especially at night when the towers are illuminated, The room’s standout features deserve praise, the stunning view and pristine bathroom.

Very attentive host, clear and fast communication :) Good location with restaurant and supermarket in the building and one Tea Valley just across the street. A car is advisable in the region and I would recommend staying here!

Absolute diamond of a host, paid attention to detail and also helped with added extras. Roses were waiting on arrival and also helped set up trips and tours. 10/10 amazing host amazing property.

The apartment is better than expected.You can see the Twin Towers, the hygiene is also very good, there is a washing and drying machine.Check-in instructions are clear, the floor is on the 45th floor, not noisy.Would recommend to friends

the room is clean,simple, comfortable,nice view. Although not a big size room but come with 2 ceiling fan and 2 air-conditioning. location is convenient to go every where around George town,many restaurant surrounding. Host is friendly and helpful,highly recommended. Overall,price is very reasonable.

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

This was the most lovingly appointed AirBNB house I've been to. Mind blowing attention to detail. Better than photos suggest. Lots and lots of goodies at home for guests. Beautiful furniture, cutlery, state-of-the-art appliances, and, most importantly, a very warm and positive vibe that makes you feel at home. The stunning city view is just an addition. Rachel is a very caring host, full of positive energy and hospitality. Not only was she super thorough in her instructions, but also friendly and welcoming. She offered me an early check-in, (which I really needed) and also a late check-out very generously. I could tell this is not just a business for her, but she's naturally a caring host and finds satisfaction in the happiness of her guests. The house is in a safe yet vibrant building with a must-visit SkyDeck. Kuala Lumpur is a beautiful city, but Rachel's home made it truly memorable for me. If I ever revisit KL, this is where I will stay for sure.

I recommend King's apartment to anyone looking for an affordable accomodation in KL. In reality the apartment is even better than on pictures. The place was spotless, with everything you may need for longer stays (e.g. wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine). There is a terrace on 42th floor with very good view at Merdeka 118 and in a distance you will be able to see Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower as well. The view is especially good at night, when city is illuminated.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place is incredibly spacious and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view from both the balcony and the bedroom — we found ourselves just lying in bed and enjoying the stunning cityscape. The location is perfect, with excellent public transport connections and a shopping center right next door that made everything super convenient. The building itself is modern and offers great amenities, including several pools and a well-equipped gym, which we really appreciated. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in/check-out was completely hassle-free. Highly recommended — we’d love to stay here again!

The room facilities and style are exactly the same as the pictures shown. This is the first place we came to stay in Malaysia. You can see the beautiful view of the Twin Towers directly from the window. The rooftop pool also has a beautiful view!Check-in and check-out are very convenient, the host replies to messages quickly and very well ~ There are two bedrooms suitable for four people, the apartment is very large and convenient to put things Please note that there are almost no convenience stores and restaurants near the residential apartment area, and there are vending machines downstairs where you can buy water and drinks, but there are not many varieties.Taxis in Malaysia are relatively cheap and convenient to go anywhere. Remember to buy some food and drinks when you come back from sightseeing so that you don't have to buy them; also remember to bring a charging adapter.

By far, this has been one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. From the living room to the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything was so thoughtfully provided. My only request to the hosts in terms of the kitchen is to provide one more smaller vessel instead of the extremely large vessel. The pool was amazing. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. The views are amazing. Langkawi Parade Mall is less than a kilometer away, as are 7-Eleven and several duty-free shops. Grab cars are readily available.

We had a fantastic stay. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Carine was so helpful and always responsive. The apartment was as the pictures/photos. It was very clean and location was excellent for restaurants and shopping. Given the chance, we would most definitely stay here again.
