Holiday rentals with beach access in Makhinjauri

I had a lovely stay at Marta’s place. She was very friendly and always quick to reply, which made everything really easy. The flat itself was cosy, clean, and felt very welcoming. The location is great too, just a short walk to the beach and lots of nice spots to explore. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is fantastic — close to everything you need — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Listen, everyone, we spent a long time choosing, deciding and generally searching, this is one of the best holidays in our lives, everything is wonderful, the sea view, the location, you go out and in 1 minute - the sea, the territory. I would like to note a special thank you for the pillows that are lush, fragrant, new, the aparthotel even has a steam generator (instead of an iron, if anyone did not know, we really never got it, but the main thing is that it is😂), at check-in there was even a mosquito fumigator, although we brought our own, but it was very pleasant that the owner of the apartments was so caring. Everything about these devices is impressive. Upon check-in, there was tea, sunflower oil, salt and sugar. A kettle without scale, new or the water is so good, it is unknown, you can drink water from the tap, we drank, cooked, everything is great. We have a 1.4-month-old child, we liked everything very much, there are no questions at all from the side of the owners of this apartment, smart.

We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.

Very nice and clean place with wonderful view. Anton is a great host, always responses if you text. Good sheets, nice smell in the flat, host left some tea and water (very helpful after way). The internet is enough to work remotely (as I did). Absolutely recommended this place.

An apartment by the beach. Great for sunbathing and bathing in the sea. All the comforts provided. Pretty good access to Batumi. Great base for trips to national parks. A great place to relax and walk. A home with modern amenities. Very tasteful decorated. I recommend.

The location is great. The place is suitable for a large group, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and friendly! We had a lovely chat and had a great time.

the place was good walk 10 minutes to the sea , the view was amazing and the man catched us from the bus station , checked in early 1 hour and give us free bottle of red wine good quality , but the place need some clean specially the toilet and the doors need some maintenance and the house door don't lock with a keys , they didn't answer easily but totally the place was good and worth and the view was amazing , recommend it 😊👍

I am staying withe friends and we r total 4 couple and 3 adults child , her house is 20 km far from Batumi city , the city name is chakavi, if u enjoy your holiday with your friends to perfect place to stay if u enjoy night clubs and some like that then u stay in Batumi city , if u have car so must u stay in this house its front of beach , beach is only 10 to 15 minutes by walk , we r enjoy our stay ,

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.
