The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant surroundings. With lively nightlife just steps away, you’re always close to the action. Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a relaxing vacation stay.

Price / quality was good. Not the most charming area of the city imho.

Listen, everyone, we spent a long time choosing, deciding and generally searching, this is one of the best holidays in our lives, everything is wonderful, the sea view, the location, you go out and in 1 minute - the sea, the territory. I would like to note a special thank you for the pillows that are lush, fragrant, new, the aparthotel even has a steam generator (instead of an iron, if anyone did not know, we really never got it, but the main thing is that it is😂), at check-in there was even a mosquito fumigator, although we brought our own, but it was very pleasant that the owner of the apartments was so caring. Everything about these devices is impressive. Upon check-in, there was tea, sunflower oil, salt and sugar. A kettle without scale, new or the water is so good, it is unknown, you can drink water from the tap, we drank, cooked, everything is great. We have a 1.4-month-old child, we liked everything very much, there are no questions at all from the side of the owners of this apartment, smart.

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

Everything was great. One of the best accommodation in my experience. The apartment is huge and well designed. A bit noisy during the day but at night it’s pretty calm. The biggest bonus is parking. The location is close to the beach, old city and new city. Highly recommended for big families.

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Great place near the Batumi beach. Beautiful views of sunset every night. Matched pictures and description 100%. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, even though Batumi is pretty busy city especially during evenings and night time.

The apartment was great for my wife and me - exactly like in the photos and description. Perfect location, with parks and the charming old part of Batumi nearby. The host was very friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward. She was even able to let us in a bit earlier, which we really appreciated.

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

House was really nice and clean I was with my family and we really enjoyed

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!
