Lovely seaview 35m2 studio in Genova, Palma, refurbished in June 2025. Complete kitchen and bathroom with all appliances, heating, cooling etc. Close to public transport for access to Palma, Calvia, beaches and shopping but in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by nature. The studio is a guest house, an independent unit with its own front door, but access to the property is shared with the family home. Use of the pool, gardens, BBQ area, garage is shared with the family in the main house.

The villa is located on the south-west coast of the island, just 20 min. drive from the airport and Palma and 10 minutes from picturesque Port Andratx.

Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.
