Za potpuni doživljaj nudi pogled koji se proteže na planine Velebit i Plješevicu. Od sadržaja nudi saunu, jacuzzy, hot tub vanjsku kadu na drva, vanjski tuš, dječje igralište,parking i wi fi. Kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe,kupaonicu i dodatni wc. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena,ima i perilicu suđa. Trgovine i restorani su udaljeni 10km.

Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Grijani bazen je otvoren od 01. svibnja do 01. listopada. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Temperatura u bazenu je uvijek iznad 25C. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir. RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.
