Monthly Rentals in Maitland Bar

We had a wonderful stay at Claudine and Alan’s cottage. The place was incredibly charming, private and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. It was well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make it feel like a home away from home. The best part was that it was pet-friendly, which made it even more special for us and our dogs. Claudine was friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. Directions to the cottage were clear and easy to follow, so we had no trouble finding the place. The surrounding farm added a lovely touch, especially with the adorable miniature ponies that we could watch and feed from the property – they were definitely a highlight! Overall, it was a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway to Mudgee, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, pet-friendly retreat.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything as described. It's a quiet spot close to town with everything you could ask for provided. Even a bottle of wine is ready on arrival! The messages from Bec were easy to understand. I got in/out of the property with little hassle. Perfect for a solo traveller. The animals do rein freely so if you don't like dogs/cats then it's definitely better to stay elsewhere. They are well socialized and came over for a pet each time I came back to the accommodations. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings with my book and the cat.

Henry (my Goldie) and myself had a lovely time at Tim and Chontelle’s place. Always a great time, and Henry spend most of his time hanging with his best mate Buddy. Thanks for the stay from both of us!

Brand new modern house filled with amenities in a beautiful, secluded location. Great communication, clear instructions and lovely touches on arrival. Definitely recommend!
