WELCOME IN THIS CHARMING STUDIO SITUATED FULL CENTER WITH VIEW ON THE HOTEL OF CITY OF POITIERS. The accommodation is ideal for one or two people (FREE WIFI high speed, modern and equipped kitchen), located in a pedestrian street, rue des grandes écoles, that runs along the town hall. You will enjoy all the amenities of the city and its attractions. 2 minutes walk from the Cordeliers and its parking, 5 minutes from the parking City Hall, 10 minutes from the railwaystation.

Renovated independent accommodation

Stay in this private part of our house, completely renovated in a seaside atmosphere. On the ground floor, the reception will be in the lounge-dining area, where a dressing area with fridge, oven/microwave and coffee maker will be at your disposal. The hallway leads to the bathroom with separate toilet. The mezzanine offers a 140 x 200 bed and the sofa converts to a 110 x 175 bed. Outdoor areas are shared with hosts. Breakfast available at extra cost.

Family home

Our large family home is a place of peace and time to share with the family. We are resurrecting our parents' home that we maintain and repair. We are happy to let you enjoy this break of calm and relaxation in the heart of Vienna. Loud music outside and parties ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. But the bursts of laughter at family meals and the cries of joy from children playing are welcome. The village is committed to its tranquility.

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.
