Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

By S-Bahn in 20 minutes to the city center

The property is located approx. 15 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn, which takes you 20 minutes directly to the center of Munich. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, various restaurants and a bus stop are within 500 meters. The apartment is located in the basement of a small apartment building with 6 parties. There is a private entrance. A lot of light enters the room through the slope and a large window. There is no cooking.
