It's a few minutes walk from our beautiful sandy beach with clear blue water called Bixirotcha. Also close to salines, where you can have your morning walks if you like to walk in nature. Nearby there is a nice Restaurant called Mar & Sol where you can have your meals. It's located in a quiet area, which makes it perfect to disconnect & relax.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und privat eingerichtet. Wir haben dort selbst viele Jahre im Winter gewohnt. Das WLAN ist sehr gut und bestens fürs Homeoffice eingerichtet. Die ruhige Lage in einer Privatstrasse am Ortsrand ermöglicht ungestörtes Arbeiten. Die Küche und die Bäder wurden saniert und haben jetzt europäischen Standard. Die Bäder wurden mit Naturstein ausgestattet und sind purer Luxus. Alle Küchenutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden.

Mini appartamento ( circa 28 m2) situato al piano terra dell'edificio " Casa Carlotta". Ci sono 2 camere ( una matrimoniale e una singola) con un bagno privato. E' stato completamente rinnovato ad aprile 2022: colorando le pareti con splendide tonalità violette e arrendendolo con una grande attenzione ai dettagli. A disposizione della clientela, un grazioso spazio comune con tavolini, piante e una piccola libreria. Wi-fi funzionante.
