La tiny a une localisation parfaite à seulement 10min du centre ville d’Angers en voiture. À pied : Bus = 5min. Tramway = 15min. Boulangerie/pharmacie/tabac = 5min Cuisine toute équipée avec four, grille-pain, frigo, plaque électrique. Salle de bain avec douche pluie, toilettes sèches ! Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Closed until January for the creation of a group cottage and training venue. Welcome to the heart of the natural and wild site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16th century watermill). You can enjoy the terrace by the Hyrôme river, and take a boat trip. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
