Perfect! Very easy to access, parking at the front door. Warm welcome. Well heated house, good bedding, very quiet. Very clean. bedrooms on the first and second floor. Toilet on the ground floor and first floor to book without hesitation.

We stayed 3 nights at Catherine's during a visit to Puy du Fou. The house is beautiful, cozy, tastefully decorated. We felt right at home there. The terrace and small garden are a real plus and very nice for having breakfast or enjoying the barbecue. 😊 I highly recommend this listing.

Pleasant stay of 4 days with Isabelle, who was very welcoming and accommodating letting us take possession of the place several hours before to accommodate us. Impeccably clean accommodation, quiet and easily accessible to shops in the center of Le Bourg. Wonderful home base for exploring Angers. Highly recommend. Location was amazing for being able to walk to downtown core. A block from the river where get a stunning view of the cathedral. Many restaurants in the area.

Delightful with our short stay. Binette was very responsive to a last minute booking. Towels and bed linen provided (very nice). Listing perfectly as described. There were 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children). We also appreciated the provision of the umbrella bed at no extra charge. And the cleaning included in the price (very good value for money). Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Saumur and beautiful activities on the banks of the Loire (but you have to take the car ). Address we keep in mind

Julien's place is very well-located between cities, vineyards and castles. Close to Saumur, Chinese, Tours, Angers, it is clean, pleasant and quiet. The linen services are of quality, as well as the bedding. The accommodation is at the foot of the bakery which is very pleasant when waking up. I recommend Julien who is also good tips for activities.

Savennieres is a charming village and Richard and Ira's house is perfect for discovering the Angers region and its banks of the Loire. We really enjoyed this very well decorated little house, functional and beautifully designed from an architectural point of view. Congratulations to the architect and his smiling workers!
