Authentic 3-bedroom house in Mansle-les-Fontaines, a green resort on the banks of the Charente. Private parking, enclosed grounds and garage. At the foot of the Floral Park, relax near the waterfall, pools and fuchsias. Nearby: canoe base, hiking, racecourse, shops and restaurants. 20 minutes from the North Angoulême shopping area and less than 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Atlantic, Futuroscope, Bordeaux and Limoges. Ideal for workers and holidaymakers, with easy access via the RN10.

Adorable stone house in historic village.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

The house is in a quiet hamlet, between Jauldes and Brie. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you

"To the stamped rooms"

Located in the courtyard of a former post house, the latter is very quiet and close to all amenities. Bed and bath linen are provided. It is equipped with a small kitchen area, a 140 bed, bathroom and toilet. Close to the national road 2 min, 20 min by car to the center of Angoulême, 15 min to Ruffec. Baby equipment possible. Possibility to prepare a breakfast 10€per person.
