We had an unforgettable stay at this villa this summer. The accommodation was not only comfortable and impeccably clean, but also very well equipped, offering all the necessities to have a good time in peace. The location was ideal, with a beautiful and soothing setting, perfect for relaxing. Special mention to our host, who was extremely welcoming and attentive, always available to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience!

Upon our arrival, Marwa warmly welcomed us. She thought of small touches that made us happy. The house is even more beautiful in real life. The decoration is neat and the furniture is of good quality. The beds and the sofa are very comfy. Very well equipped kitchen. We had a small hot water issue that was quickly resolved by Marwa. The nearby beach is beautiful. I really fell in love with this house. We'll come back to that. I recommend.

A place that aspires to tranquility was at rest. A few cables from a beautiful beach with turquoise waters, the house offers calm and remains conducive to rest. Our hosts were very responsive and attentive. We will come back!

Alouane's house is a beautiful traditional house, perfect for breathing in the typical Tunisian atmosphere: around a central patio, where you can relax, the living room and the large rooms, each with bathroom. Very close to the beautiful sea of Madhia, it was the perfect location for our large family.

Excellent stay. The host was very responsive and friendly. No waiting time to do the check in, the consierge was there and he showed us the apartment. You can enjoy the city by taking a taxi for 1.1 DT and it will take you anywhere for this fixed price. You can visit El Jem, Monastir, and Sousse by Train, or you can go to the louage station and buy your ticket inside the station.

The apartment is new and Taoufik was available at all times.

Very comfortable duplex, ideal for a group trip, with family or friends thanks to the 4 bedrooms. A few metres from the beach and 20 minutes' walk from the heart of the city. All nearby shops. Ideal for discovering Mahdia!

I had a wonderful albeit brief stay at Feriel's spacious and comfortable apartment. Nice, quiet corner in the touristic zone Mahdia's, a 5-6 minute walk to a beautiful beach full of beach bars and other amenities. The apartment has a well equiped kitchen with modern appliances, two bedrooms, both with nice views, and a balcony. New residential building, family friendly; safe and pleasant area, good value for money. Would gladly visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at Yassine and Adrea's, they were very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is nicely furnished, very clean and has everything you need. The beach is close on foot (about 7 min), the Medina too, the house is set back from a quiet street with a discreet and respectful neighborhood. I would highly recommend it, and we hope to be back for next summer. Thank you!

Mounir is a very friendly and responsive host,the estate is very beautiful ,the studio is large with beautiful veranda. just a little effort to equip it better. excellent value for money.

Booked this place based on the pictures and I was right. The place is amazing. If you are looking for a town villa close to the best town beach in Tunisia, this is the place to go. The duplex is very spacious, modern with an amazing terrace where you can enjoy the amazing turquoise waters of Mahdia beach. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is just perfect when you come back from the beach and everyone needs a shower at the same time. It is also well equipped so you can cook and enjoy your meals on the outside terrace. Abdel, the host, is such a nice person: quick replies, was there on time for check in, gave some good tips about nearby beaches and the city and was generally nice to talk to. Would definitely go back and would recommend even for teleworking (home office).
