Excellent stay, beautiful apartment, very clean and exactly as advertised. The apartment is conveniently located close to the beach (5-7 min walk), restaurants, convenience store, cafe, pharmacies, bureau de change. Very good insulation (no noise at night) and secure. Hassan was a very polite and helpful host, he was so communicative and we were helped with our luggage which made our check-in easier. The apartment is flawless truly, you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also, the view from the bedroom and the balcony is breathtaking. The apartment is in a perfect location and you will not need any taxis, everything is accessible by foot in a walking distance. I’m super satisfied and was worth the money. We will come back very soon again and again.

Mounir is a very friendly and responsive host,the estate is very beautiful ,the studio is large with beautiful veranda. just a little effort to equip it better. excellent value for money.

We landed a hit with this apartment, both in terms of the furnishings and the cleanliness and last but not least the price! This was comfortable from the first day. This apartment was amazing. It was located on the main strip with all essentials restaurants cafés grocery stores within a few steps. The place was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. There is also a laundromat within a five minute walk to wash clothes. The place is a five minute walk to the nearest public beach and a 12 minute walk to the private beach called Nuba Beach where you can rent chairs in parasols and eat for the day. Hanene Was very communicative and answered us right away. She also confirmed the booking at her place at the last minute when our other Airbnb cancelled an hour before we were scheduled to arrive. Thanks Hanene for everything.

Booked this place based on the pictures and I was right. The place is amazing. If you are looking for a town villa close to the best town beach in Tunisia, this is the place to go. The duplex is very spacious, modern with an amazing terrace where you can enjoy the amazing turquoise waters of Mahdia beach. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is just perfect when you come back from the beach and everyone needs a shower at the same time. It is also well equipped so you can cook and enjoy your meals on the outside terrace. Abdel, the host, is such a nice person: quick replies, was there on time for check in, gave some good tips about nearby beaches and the city and was generally nice to talk to. Would definitely go back and would recommend even for teleworking (home office).
