Chokri is a caring and very responsive person. He shows great hospitality and is concerned that his tenants are in his home. The apartment is well located in a quiet environment close to the beaches of Salakta and Mahdia. The accommodation is very well arranged and the residence is very quiet and well-maintained. The small detail of the breakfast each morning brought discreetly by Chokri is much appreciated. We would recommend this host and will be no problem coming back. Nice apartment within walking distance of the beach. The beach is within walking distance of minutes. Car hire is very useful for shopping and excursions. Zoubier was very responsive to messages and always had solutions to our little issues.

Mahdia is an amazing city with beautiful old town and great water. The apartment is literally across the street from the beach and waking up to beautiful views of the sea is a treasure. All rooms have a sea view, which is great. The living room is very big and comfortable and despite there is no balcony - when you open a massive windows you do feel like being outside anyway. There is plenty of lovely restuatants and little shops near the flat but be mindfull they mostly take only cash payments. Wifi works great and the owner is very responsive and helpful.

Booked this place based on the pictures and I was right. The place is amazing. If you are looking for a town villa close to the best town beach in Tunisia, this is the place to go. The duplex is very spacious, modern with an amazing terrace where you can enjoy the amazing turquoise waters of Mahdia beach. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is just perfect when you come back from the beach and everyone needs a shower at the same time. It is also well equipped so you can cook and enjoy your meals on the outside terrace. Abdel, the host, is such a nice person: quick replies, was there on time for check in, gave some good tips about nearby beaches and the city and was generally nice to talk to. Would definitely go back and would recommend even for teleworking (home office).
