Staying here truly felt like a home away from home. The house is full of character and clearly built with a lot of love and care. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful—I really appreciated how understanding and welcoming the hosts were throughout. They went out of their way to make my birthday feel special, even letting my friends join in to celebrate with me, which meant a lot. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, and their adorable pets added an extra layer of warmth to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy, heartfelt stay.

We absolutely fell in love with the place. Staying in the house was an experience by itself. The grand living room embellished with numerous beautiful collectibles that the owners had got and carefully arranged over their lifetime is the highlight of this place. The house has the charm of a heritage home nestled in the middle of greenery and offering beautiful views. Shubham, the caretaker is a very warm and welcoming person and responded promptly to every query. The place provided us the perfect reset we needed. Wishing that this place built with so much love and care with all the lovely items within is preserved and taken care of for many many more years!

My stay at this lovely home was more than what I had expected. We were around 14 and the house was very spacious, so it made us feel comfortable from the beginning. Interiors were very thoughtful and had a personal touch. The surroundings are quiet, very beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway. Food was delicious too. The staff were very helpful and very polite. Overall an amazing experience. Note: Please adhere to the house rules and treat it well, as this house has a personal family-like touch to it.

It's the perfect place for stay with good ambience and good people to take care of you. Place is very neat precisely crystal clean. Good food is provided by the family of the care taker. You will feel as at home rather better than.

we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property , the peaceful village setting, lush green lawn, and fruit trees created such a refreshing escape from the city. The cozy duplex was perfect for two, neat and thoughtfully done. We especially loved the sit-out area — the breeze, the rain, and the stars made for magical evenings. The caretakers were warm and the food was simply amazing. It was a truly memorable experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Sukant Homestay! Even though I planned this trip on short notice, Mandar and the caretaker were incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was ready for my stay. Mandar is a fantastic host—attentive, helpful, and always available to assist. The location is beautifully remote, offering peace and tranquility, yet it still has good mobile network connectivity. The WiFi was reliable, which made it easy for me to work remotely without any issues. As a solo traveler, safety was my top priority, and I felt completely secure throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, homecooked meals that added to the comfort of the stay. Whether you’re looking for a work-from-nature experience or just a quiet getaway, this place is perfect. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to visit again!

A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

Excellent property Good location Near by to restaurants etc We were asked to pay 2k extra for the jacuzzi which i am not okay with If one is charging 17k for one night then jacuzzi should be included for the same However Manoj was very cooperative in everything Had a great time overall They have tried to include as many activities as possible

My parents, my wife, and me had an amazing one night beneath the stars. Felt like middle of nowhere but we were taken care well by caretaker Deepali. The home is cozy and just as described. Peaceful with breathtaking view. We specially enjoyed the outdoor seating areas - the patio, poolside, terrace - all fantastic places to chill and unwind. At night, the poolside lights are beautiful. Things to note for future travellers: - frequent electricity cuts specially in the afternoon - pool size small so don’t expect to splash a lot and needs some renovation - gets chilly at night even in summers - last 100m stretch is a road under construction as of May 10, 2025 - you are the only visitor in this complex, there are not even any other houses around - master bedroom don’t have attached washroom, you have just one bathroom on the top floor and one downstairs - one hungry, mischievous but super cute cat steals your food so be careful to lock doors - no network but wifi is good Will revisit!

Very nice listing.. the was as it is what was mentioned in the pictures. The caretaker PRAVIN was always there. The listing was very beautifull. The host was very understanding an helpfull also.

Nice place to relax. Rooms are big and each room is having a spacious bathroom with a bath tub with a additional Jacuzzi. ideal for a staycation or even a corporate get-together.

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!

The place was one of the cleanest AirBnb's that I've visited. It looks exactly like the photos, and Sadab (the co-host) was super polite, very professional and provided every facility properly. One of the best experiences I've had in terms of booking a villa in Lonavala (And trust me, I've been to a lot here!)

The villa has an amazing view and the place is huge. We were made to feel right at home. The service from the caretaker was top notch and the place is real value for money. The real highlight is the sit out area on the top floor overseeing the valley. Place was very well maintained and our group along with our Dog had a superb time.

This place is excellent for those looking out for a sundowner experience, a villa on a hillock. the interiors were beautiful. You need to connect with the caretaker at least two days in advance if you have any specific food requirements as this place is far from the market area. The villa exterior looks very old , I think for the price paid this should be taken care of. we loved the gazebo area which is the best place just to sit and lie down on the charpai (beadstead/cot) , and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoon, followed by sunset. The caretaker was very good and ensured amazing food service, simple, yet very tasty, they gave us both konkan and Rajasthani cuisine. Overall a great place with minor things to be taken care of by the host.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We stayed here for our office retreat, and the property exceeded all expectations. It was even better than the pictures the landscaping, the open spaces, and the overall vibe made it feel like a true escape from the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully done, and the attention to detail really stood out. It’s a great space for groups comfortable, calm, and beautifully kept. The hosts were incredibly proactive and helpful throughout. They even took care of the food arrangements, which turned out to be excellent and made our experience seamless. Would highly recommend this place for team getaways or group stays. We left feeling rested, recharged, and really well taken care of.

Such a quick getaway with the dogs, absolutely amazing place if you have pets. our 3 dogs had a blast they did not want to rest, we also had a fantastic stay. It is a peaceful stay with no other homes around, will be beautiful in the rains for sure.

We stayed at The Mulberry farms for two nights and had the best stay we have had in maharashtra. Shamit’s place was exactly as described and probably even better than we expected. Shamit (the host) was very responsive and friendly from the time we booked to the time we left. The caretaker Naresh did an excellent job with the food and looking after us. The location of the property and the detail in everything is exceptional. You can tell the owners really love and value what they’ve built . Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. The plus point is the beautiful pool which is pretty rare for stand alone homes in Mulshi. We will be back very soon ♥️

The caretaker Vishal and the Host Bharat were always available right from 7 am to 11:30 pm. Because these were the times I did speak with them and they gladly responded with a smile. Very comfy home and view. The place is actually breezy and you don’t even require a fan to sit in the open area. Loved the plethora of dining options in the vicinity as well which were all walkable. The jacuzzi was massive and My wife and I loved it, spending almost 2 hours in it. Kudos to the team for the upkeep and the constant availability in time of need or help.

Had the best time with my family. We had a very peaceful stay while eating farm fresh food and breathing clean, crisp air. The sustainability that the hosts have maintained makes you realise how simple can things be. They have very minimal yet beautiful furnitures, a cute little kitty and the boss dog, K. The hosts are so so warm, it felt just like home! The food, the hospitality, the love, it's all so natural, my mother didn't want to leave the place! All in all, best place to spend with family or to just relax!
