Enjoy your stay In This modern farmhouse re-built on the exact location of the original farm house from 1903! Relax on a large property along the banks of the Susquehanna River In style. Truly no detailed spared to make this a one-of-a-kind location. Lots of room to spread out, great access to the river, rails to trails walking/bicycle trail directly across the street. Four bedrooms, including a first floor, master bedroom and master bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs, one with bunk beds!

Enjoy your visit in the cheery and bright basement of my home where you have a private entrance, separate parking, full kitchen area, access to a quiet patio area that has been newly added, gas grill available and lots of greenery and woods in the backyard. I am one mile to the beautiful town area where you can enjoy our riverwalk, access restaurants, shopping is convenient as well. If your a Penn State fan I am 46 minutes away ( 41 miles). It has a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Downstairs you will find Revived & Company, our antique and artisan's shop with 50+ local vendors. We are minutes from the hospital ; 35 miles from Penn State University; 20 miles from the Elk County Visitor Center and located in the beautiful PA Wilds!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful wooded retreat! This spacious 2-story 3-bedroom house is on a quiet lane with plenty of space from our neighbors. If you love seeing wildlife, deer and turkeys are a regular sight as well as the occasional fox and black bear. If you have pets, there is plenty of space for them to run around! Well-stocked kitchen! Pets and larger groups are welcome! There is a $10/guest/day charge after the first 2 guests and the pet fee is $25 (flat rate).
