On the Edge of the Orient

Very nice 200 m² country stone house with private 5 m*9 m heated swimming pool, located at the crossroads of the Orient Forest and its large lakes, as well as Champagne vineyards, accommodating 14 people in its herbaceous and flowery setting. The secure pool (fence to NF P90-306 standards) and heated to 26 degrees is open from May to the end of September-early October (the opening of the pool can be postponed and the early closure, if the weather conditions are unfavorable).

This pretty air-conditioned house, located in a pretty Aubois village offers a relaxing and refreshing stay for the whole family. You can visit our charming department. Winery, forests, lakes, museums, leisure parks, restaurants... Between Troyes and Chatillon sur Seine, a few kilometers from Bar sur Seine, you will have the choice between visits, walks and activities. The garden is enclosed. In a charming little village, the Chalet de TINTIN is ideal for a stopover close to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park. Full accommodation in a village of the Côte des Bar in Champagne. New construction in an old barn, all modern comforts with the charm of the old. Enter the barn, a door and then a staircase allow you to arrive at the accommodation, located on the first floor. You will first discover the living room: kitchen/dining room. A hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms. Each includes its own private bathroom, shower + toilet. Underfloor heating for added comfort.

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
