Finely renovated apartment at the Residenza del Lago, offers large and elegant spaces including a living area with fully equipped modern kitchen as well as a relaxation area with sofa and TV. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed that can be used if necessary. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, a bidet, a hairdryer, toiletries, and towels. There is ample public parking about 100 meters from the property.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Upon your arrival at THE LAKE HOUSE, it will be a pleasure for me to welcome you with a welcome aperitif served overlooking Lake Viverone. I will make sure you feel like welcome and pampered guests, and it will be a memory that you will take home with you and that will make you want to take another relaxing break here with me. Breakfast will be served on the terrace overlooking the lake so that you will start the day with a smile.
