New project, new location and starting from scratch with reviews 🥴 You will be strategically located 50 minutes from Annecy, 35 minutes from Flaine, 35 minutes from Geneva, 30 minutes from Chamonix Mont Blanc, 20 minutes from Combloux and 15 minutes from Les Carroz d'Arâches. The cottage is very well optimised: a small bathroom with a toilet, a living area, and a bedroom with a double bed. The landing is shared with the hosts. Respect for the community is expected.

Shops, restaurants, ski lifts and ski school 700 m walk away! Shuttle stop with a pass every 15 minutes in front of the building (In season).

A car is essential to come to our place and visit our beautiful region. You will find a bakery, a pharmacy and a butcher's shop 2 km away, accessible only by car, and a supermarket 5 km away.
