The house is 7 minutes from the sea, it's surrounded by 1,5 acre field which has many olive trees. The rented room is in the first floor of the house with a private entrance and has a 20 m balcony with a great sea view. The room is also close to the shops. The visitors can also use the yard. The region is very quiet. The room is traditionally furnished with respect to the island's tradition. The floor is wooden like the roof, doors and windows. It is also fully equipped with modern amenities.

It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

The house is located in the village.Firodi beach is within walking distance of 10 minutes.Getting to the nearest tavern takes 3 minutes.The center of the village is a 5 minutes walk, where the old school and playground are located.It takes you 10 minutes on foot to reach the convenience store and the traditional church.And it`s a 12 minute walk to get to the small port of Gialos.All walks are extraordinary as you can experience the unique atmosphere of the village.
