The house is situated at the village of MAGAZIA at the hamlet of BOIKATIKA 4 km from the main port of Gaios, and 3 km. from Loggos and Lakka harbours. At the village there are tavernas, a bakery, a super market, cafes, as well as a petrol station. The closest beach is Erimitis, 15-25 mins walk down a small hill from the house or 5 mins drive.

Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.
