This place is perfect. It is well located in a cute and quiet neighborhood, you can walk to the entire center and it is safe. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need to feel at home. Small details like tea, extra bed linen, good hairdryer, clothes iron etc. Heating works great. The host was always attentive and very accommodating. Bonus track to the autonomous check-in and out process, I would come back happily.

Everything is a ten, the place is small but for two people passing through, it is a 10/10, Enrique is very attentive, we forgot the plug adapter and he lent us one without hesitation. 100% recommended

Heating is present practically throughout the apartment, which is ideal for the Punta Arenas climate. It is located in the north of the city, a quiet and accessible area, which also adds to the general comfort of the stay. The whole place feels very clean, comfortable and is equipped with excellent quality items, in perfect condition. Every detail seems to be designed to provide comfort and well-being to the guest. I also want to highlight the owner, Mily, who is a real delight: friendly, warm and always attentive to any requirement. Your kindness and concern make a big difference and are greatly appreciated.
