This has been my second stay at the property. The rooms are great, based on numerous, consistent good qualities, e.g. location, space, cleanliness, service, tranquility, which are also mentioned by others. The host, Laurent is consisently responsive, available to provide solutions to make the stay experience comfortable. And special thanks to the staff team who are always kind, accommodating, and efficient.

Il posto era bellissimo, una camera stupenda, molto grande, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort tra cui vasca da bagno e doccia. In generale il residence era molto bello ed elegante, con piscina sul mare e spiaggia privata. Georgy è sempre stato disponibile e facilmente raggiungibile, dandoci informazioni e rispondendo ad ogni eventuale richiesta. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Este departamento tiene la cama más cómoda y deliciosa que he probado en un Airbnb, las almohadas son perfectas y realmente logras tener pleno descanso, aparte de todo lo necesario te dejan un tratamiento y spray para el cabello absolutamente espectacular, como mujer lo agradecerás🤭👌🏻 El alojamiento de Nemo está perfectamente decorado, han cuidado cada atención al detalle, está súper limpio y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario y más para una estadía placentera y cómoda🌿🐚🙌🏻 La lavadora/secadora son un mega plus cuando viajas por tantas semanas, cafetera con café para moler, té, condimentos básicos, cortinas black out, implementos básicos de limpieza, todo es absolutamente cómodo, el sofá, la TV, la aspiradora, el balcón, todo me encantó!!! Si puedes reservarlo no dudes en hacerlo, tendrás un experiencia maravillosa desde un lugar con excelente ubicación y Nemo es un gran host😊 Gracias por todo! Saludos, Dani & Will 💜

Jättebra boende med en magiskt bra utsikt både från poolen och boendet. Stort och rymligt med en stor terrass som är väldigt skön att sitta på. Allt finns som man behöver i ett kök. Det enda jag saknade va en AC i vardagsrummet då det blev väldigt varmt där. AC fanns i sovrummet. Mkt trevlig och hjälpsam värd som välkomnar en på mkt bra sätt. Rekommenderar till två personer som sover tillsammans i sovrummet pga AC.

Nous avons séjourné avec deux enfants et c’était un lieu très paisible. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec une hôte très réactive. Le logement est bien agencé et spacieux. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Aufenthalt war sehr gut, ganz leichter und flexibler Check in und die Gastgeberin war immer übers Telefon erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Zimmer wurden täglich gesäubert und Wasser etc. Wurden bereitgestellt Pool war auch super und wurde täglich gereinigt. Gesamter Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr gut haben nur gute Erfahrungen mit der Unterkunft gemacht.

I had a lovely stay. Place is as advertised. A little bit up a hill which was annoying, but still fine. Very responsive, communicative and helpful host. The washroom was very beautiful. Definitely a good place to stay if you want your own small getaway in Koh Samui.

Absolutely superb stay I’ve already made enquiries to stay again cannot fault anything great equipment in the kitchen comfy beds amazing Pool. Private, outside area, washing machine. Would 💯 % recommend to anyone especially large groups. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and use your amazing villa it’s be fantastic 🙏

Nettes Personal, welches immer zur Hilfe bereit stand. Große Villa mit genug Platz für alles sowie regelmäßige Reinigungen, was den Urlaub super machte.

Sehr schöne Villa mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Natürlich muss man mit steilen Bergen zurecht kommen, wer aber diese Aussicht möchte rechnet auch damit. 1 Bett müsste erneuert werden. Der Außenbeleuchtung ist sehr schön für eine größere Gruppe geeignet.

Very friendly, polite host, always replied quickly. Even drove us to Bangrak beach when Bolt driver cancelled our ride because of road works (these road works were a bit inconvenient). The villa is beautiful, clean, spacy, as in pictures. The location of Dreamland residence is a bit unhandy If you don't hire car/motorcycle. We traveled by ordering Bolt, often drivers couldn't find the right way. But the beach is approximately 2 km away and many other places of interest. Electricity is a bit expensive (not included in the reservation cost). Pool was great, clean. Villa was good equipped. It was private and exactly as in pictures.

Ahoy, matey! This property is out of a fairy tale book. A property fit for captain Jack Sparrow! I'm a seasoned traveller and have had the privilege of staying in numerous Airbnb's around the world and have to say that this one tops them all. If you're looking for a magical stay on a magical island, look no further. Tyka has been an awesome host, responsive, welcoming, informative and has made our stay fabulous. will definitely return and hope this property is available in the future. Beautiful villa with a stunning view of the ocean in a peaceful and quiet area of Koh Samui. We felt right at home, as the villa was ready when we arrived. Fon welcomed us personally even in heavy rain, and arranged us airport taxi. There’s also an air conditioning in the main living/ kitchen area, which wasn’t mentioned in the listiny which is a huge plus. The beds are comfy and bed linens are kept squeaky clean, as well the bathrooms. Huge patio with Infinity pool is great for the evenings. Fon also arranged motorbikes rental for us - delivered directly to villa and returned at the villa - super convenient. Fon was very helpful during the whole stay and always responded on the phone when we needed her help. We stayed during the New Year Eve and had a great view of the fireworks around villa directly from the pool. We highly recommend this villa to everyone not afraid of location up in the hills - easily accessible by motorbike or SUV. Thanks for lifetime memories !

The villa's private pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views. The interior was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host christophe’s, was extremely helpful and responsive, providing us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Great location, reasonable price and cozy studio. I don't know if the cockroach was part of the hotel or just visiting, but it would be better to set traps :)

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

Everything is on point, from the swimming pool to the fitness center, very close to the main road. Thanks for everything, Jen

This place was so beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was amazing at replying to messages and greeted us when we arrived. We had a moped so it was super easy to get to lovely beaches and restaurants which there were many of. I’d definitely stay here again for the price and quality😄

I have zero complaints. Great place with everything you need. Area seems to be developing but everything you need is within a 10 minute walk

Great compact condo at the best beach on Koh Samui. The complex has everything you could wish for during your stay. Leonie and Barton were great hosts too!

I really enjoyed my stay at DB Studios. The place was exactly as described and the pictures. It was peaceful and I enjoyed hearing the birds outside my balcony. My room was facing the entrance with a balcony which also had a view of the pool and guest lounge area. The location was in a good spot in Lamai. I was able to walk to almost everything. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you. :)

Randolph was responsive & proactive in guiding us through the check-in process and reaching the area. The location is amazing, the view never gets old, especially seeing airplanes take off The morning sun here is breathtaking The lounge area is perfect for watching movies, having dinner on the patio is the cherry on top! Overall we loved it here...
