Elevator for top floor apartments stops to the 4th floor. Then you climb a narrow staircase of a few steps to the apartment. Not suitable for people with leg disabilities. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Suitable for infants but no toddlers or children under 17 years old. Looking for quiet guests! NO PETS, please!

JUST 1 MIN FROM THE BEACH !!!

Amazing place for a family holidays , just 50m from the beach. the apartment is located in Dionisiou Beach in Halkidiki , very close to a park and a safe playground for children. The apartment is fully refurbished in 2021, consists of two bedrooms , one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view and also have your lunch or dinner. There is a free parking aswell and an outdoor shower for using it, after returning from the beach.
